The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending restaurants and how to get around in the area. The hotel was conveniently located within a 15-20 minute walk of most popular tourist attractions. The room was nice and clean however smaller than expected

We stayed in the bigger rooms a few doors down. Great air conditioning if staying in the summer. Staff was polite. Shower is configured horribly. Water everywhere if you’re not paying close attention. Great location for just about anything.

I had never booked through Expedia before and glad all worked out. The hotel staff was responsive prior to the trip in confirming details and very professional through check in & check out. Restaurant was lovely and a great place to relax after a busy day of sight seeing. We stayed in Annex building and it was lovely. Rooftop Terraces in both buildings need major rework to be comforbable but rooms were great, service was great & AC worked during the early heat wave in June!

The hotel, restaurant, staff, breakfast, were all great. The lobby is very appealing. The location is excellent for walking everywhere. Our room was another story. The heavy shower head was old, corroded, and actually fell off! You can see the patched up holes in the shower floor where it has fallen before and caused damage. If it had fallen on either of us we could have been hurt. There was no hand soap in the room. Just 4 bottles of hair conditioner. Housekeeping needs more attention. The desk staff kindly offered us another room, but as we were just there for one night and had largely unpacked we didn't wish to waste time on moving.

Great place!

This hotel was very nice! The bar had two musical performers and they were amazing! We were going to bed after dinner but we had to stop in to listen to them. The bartender also made VERY tasteful drinks! Staff was very helpful and polite. Location is great.

At checkIn we were told that there was full occupancy in the main hotel. Our room was apart of another building attached to the main hotel, which took away slightly from the experience of the ambiance and feel of being in the actual hotel. Our entrance door to get to our room was atleast 5 doors down from the main entrance. So if we wanted to visit guest services or have access to other amenities of the hotel, we had to walk out onto the street to access them. Other than that, the staff was nice, accomodating and helpful. The room was clean and the added feature of access to my Youtube account on the tv was a plus as we had our 8 year old son that was travelling with us.

Request the main building as the separate Annex Building is on the street corner where all the trash cans are lined up and you will be waking up to garbage trucks "every single day" at 2:30 AM for approx 5-10 minutes. We asked to be moved but staff was not able to accommodate my family.

A truly wonderful stay! The staff and location are what makes this hotel brilliant. Every member of staff we encountered were welcoming, attentive, helpful and could not do enough for us. I would recommend this hotel to anymore for the staff alone. However, the location to all of the main places to visit is an added bonus. We loved our stay so thank you very much!

Cute and conveniently located

Cute little boutique, hotel, conveniently located in the middle of the city of Rome! Everything is literally within walking distance specially the Colosseum literally through blocks away! We had a great time there on this property.
