Beautiful!

Massimo was so friendly really great communications room was amazing frdige had beer coke and juice. Breakfast was a typcial continental style affair but just delicious. Would definitely be back.

A hidden gem in a crowded city

I stayed here twice during my trip and I enjoyed it both times. Massimo and his wife were very warm and welcoming and always happy to help or give advice. The breakfast was nice - fruit, yogurt, cheese, a selection of breads and pastries, coffee, and tea. The rooms are not huge or fancy but for one or two people they are fine. I hope I can stay here again the next time I am in Rome.

Wonderful, convenient and friendly!

Massimo provided a lovely welcome and there was fresh fruit and beverages available upon my arrival. Also a few free drinks in my room fridge. I had a few work related calls and the internet worked beautifully. It was just a one night stay but would come again when I’m needing to stay near Termini. Just a 5 minute walk. My room was spacious and quiet. Will definitely return.

Molta qualità per un prezzo modesto

Location ottimale, a 3-5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Il personale è stato molto cortese e amichevole al nostro arrivo; ci hanno attrezzato un minibar a libero uso in camera e ci hanno preparato un vassoio con colazione per la mattina dopo, dato che saremmo partiti presto. Pulizia ottima, letto comodo e non sfondato, bagno ampio e di recente ristrutturazione, climatizzatore in camera. La sistemazione è nel complesso semplice, ben curata nei dettagli e perfettamente funzionale.

Very good choice for Rome

I stayed 4-nights at this hotel in September 2020. Staff are very helpful & reception give you a 24/7 number to call which is reassuring as a solo travel - never had to use it :) Telephone in the room would have been handy. Breakfast is cheap & cheerful & totally edible. As everything is individually wrapped it's handy to use for day snacks! As a solo traveller my room was small even though I was told I would get a Queen size room. In fairness, I never mentioned this to reception to give them a chance to rectify as I was not so bothered. The bed was either a large single or a very small double. But it was great for a single person. The room had a window & air con that worked. There was a lift to help get your bags to 2nd floor. Reception recommended some places to eat a 1-2 min walk away which were nice. Location is fantastic. So easy to navigate Rome's hotspots from here on foot. For further away places such as the Vatican, the hotel is 2-min walk from the Metro with lots of bus options. Being beside the Termini (train station) made life easy as the majority of buses/ Metro all serviced here & hotel is less than a 5-min walk from here. Area felt very safe. All in all a decent spot to stay when visiting Rome.

部屋は申し分ないのですが、トイレの水が止まらないそうで、2回押してねと言っていたけど、すぐに止まらないこともありました。 バスタオルはシャワールームに入れておいたのに、新しいのに替えてもらえず、使ったバスタオルが乾かしてありました。

테르미니역 3분거리로 아주 가깝고 물과 음료가 무료로!!! 제공됨. 미니바에 사과 바나나등 과일 캡슐커피 차 등 비치. 조식으로 빵 요거트 파이 우유 쥬스 등이 제공됨. 적당한 가격에 친절한 서비스. 복도에서 나누는 대화소리가 들리긴 하지만 크게 거슬리진 않았음 . 엘리베이터는 3인승이지만 작동은 잘 돼서 캐리어이동에 도움. 잠은 편하게 잘 왔음. 방도 넓은 편.

Vi o vår sons familj hade bokat på hotellet. Vår sons familj fick boende på ett annat hotell i samma byggnad.Ett sämre boende. De skyllde på Expedias bokningssystem. Vi fick klagomål på att våra barnbarn kom ner till oss att de väsnades. Då är nog inte boendet överhuvudtaget lämpat för barnfamiljer. Dessutom mycket lyhört. Rummet var bra. Frukost o dricka mm bra. God service i övrigt.

그냥 1박 하기에는 좋은 장소

일반적인 호텔은 아니고 건물에 몇개의 방을 임대해 주는 형식이다. 그래서 테르미니 역에서 가깝지만 처음에 찾기가 쉽지 않음 (주소를 보고 찾아야함). 조식이 포함이라지만, 방 들어가는 복도에 있는 커피와 빵 몇가지 쟁반에 담아 방에 들어가서 먹는 방식. 방과 내부 시설은 좁지만 깨끗한편. 침구류 양호 (우리나라 모텔보다는 훨씬 좋음) 결론은 잠만 잘 목적으로 본다면 가성비 좋은 선택 그렇지 않다면 실망. 주인(또는 직원?) 상당히 친절함.

Roman Residence

The Roman Residence was perfect. Just a couple of blocks walk from the Rome Termini Train Station. Very clean room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, close to restaurants and market across the street. Was very pleased with everything. Roman Residence has a floor, in a building, with other “hotels”. Massimo provided excellent customer service during my stays!!! I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location, 5-mins walk to train and to downtown. Simple breakfast but the cappuccino is amazing! Very quiet and secure location. Love the fruit bar; they also give beer and coke free, which served well for the hot summer! Love the scents of the provided soap & shampoo as well! The only down side is that there’s cigarettes smell in common spaces..

테르미니역에서 숙소 찾기 쉬움.친절한 스텝들.매일 청소해주시고 생수1인당 500ml짜리 주심. 7시30분부터 간단한 조식 가능. 스텝분이 카페라테 만들어주심. 셀프바에 있는 캡술 에스프레소 맛남. 셀프바가 있음. 숙소 앞에 coop가 있어 필요한 거 사기 좋음. 우린 픽업써비스 이용 했지만 담에는 기차 타고 오고 싶음. 엘리베이터 협소하고 균형 맞춰야 삐소리 멈추면서 움직임. 에어컨은 쓸만함. 창밖 풍경은... 방충망 없음. 여름에 오시면 모기향 필요함. 모기 안물림 모기향 사용. 3인용 사용했는데 가방 3개 완전히 펼칠만한 공간 있음. 2단 서랍장있어 있는 동안 잘 사용함. 냉장고 있으나 냉동 안되고 500ml3ㅡ4개 들어갈 공간 있음. 저렴한 가격대비 만족스러움. 담에 또 로마에 오면 재방문 하고 싶음. 방음은 주변 차소리나 그런건 안 들리고 객실이나 복도 소음만 들림. 입구랑 객실 키로 열고 닫고 다님. 늦게 오거나 일찍 나갈때 편리함. 키 사용법은 2번 360도 돌려 열기(몰라서 스텝분이 알려주심)

We stayed at the Roman Residence before taking a cruise out of Civitavecchia. It was perfectly located from Roma Termini station (about 2 blocks) which was great to get to and from the airport and the cruise port. The checkin process was quick and our room was ready despite arriving much earlier than our checkin time. The breakfast and cappuccinos provided were delicious. The room was small but clean and perfect for 2 people. Would stay again overall.
