Guest house was great especially for the price. Service was excellent and location was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But they were not as shown in pictures and the bathroom were very small nothing like the pictures. Those must be upgrades. Overall it was a pleasant experience and stay And Service was above and beyond. I asked and they quickly arranged for taxi service from cruise port to hotel and from hotel to airport. Would highly recommend this property.

Our stay was amazing !! Their staff is so helpful and they really try to do their best to make your stay pleasant! Rooms are very comfortable and very clean, with a true Rome feel ! Safe and fridge in room and two wonderful windows overlooking the beautiful streets of Rome !! THE LOCATION … you can’t beat it ! It's definitely a wonky property, especially for check in. But we enjoyed our stay, especially the location. I wouldn't recommend if you can't take steps. The elevator doesn't go to the floor where the rooms are so we took the steps. It was fine for our family. The AC was perfection, which we needed during the heat!!

Rome City Break

Had a wonderful city break in Rome and stayed here as a family of 4 with teenagers. Centrally located in a lively shopping district with plenty of restaurant options and supermarkets nearby. All the main attractions (Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi fountain) are within reasonable walking distance. No reception at the hotel as everything is done via WhatsApp and it is easy to communicate with the management via WhatsApp with any questions. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
