This is by no means a 4 star hotel and shouldn’t be presented as such. The room leaves a lot to be desired, it’s not very clean, it’s outdated, smells funny (air freshener in halls to cover the musty smell), mold by the window and just happy we don’t have to spent much time here. The location is great as its steps to so many tourist attractions, restaurants and cafes. Wouldn’t stay here again. For the money you should be able to find something better. We were really looking forward to staying here based on the reviews, but it’s a big let down.

Close to the Trevi Fountain. Hard to get in and out with luggage. Roof top bar is nice and good breakfast buffet. Our room you had to step up to the bathroom and was unconvinced at night. The front desk during the day was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The afternoon person was much better. Elevator very small.

Horrible room that was small, smelled of mold and musty water, horribly rude waiter/bell hop, immediately checked out without staying even one night. This hotel SHOULD NOT be rated this high. In fact we think there must be something fishy with the reviews.

Very good hotel, well located, good breakfast, good service, nice rooftop, excellent air conditioning. Elevator is tiny and room is small, but the bathroom inside the room is adequate sized.

Check-in was fine but while checking in my dad’s backpack was stolen and swapped for an empty pack. The staff automatically assumed we left it in the taxi and we insisted on camera footage which showed 2 men who came in and swapped the bag. The hotel did upgrade our room and provide fruit and wine but it left us feeling unsafe in the hotel. There was no bolt on our door.

Had a great experience from beginning to end. Appreciated all the support from front desk staff, lovely young lady working on the morning of day 2, sorry forgot the lady’s name, helped us get tickets to the Colosseum after our 8 tickets were canceled last minute due to over booking. All the breakfast staff were wonderful. Thank you all for a great first time memory of Roma.

I’m not sure what the VIP perk was?? Regardless, the staff was amazing. The front desk staff, bell hop and breakfast servers was so attentive and nice. I especially enjoyed the 2 ladies who served us breakfast each morning. They were very friendly and made the most amazing cappuccinos. I wish I would have prepaid for the buffet but at 15e per person, it was still worth it. Yes, the elevator is tiny so if you’re unable to get up and down stairs on your own, then this property isn’t for you. Stairs weren’t a problem for us so it was worth it to us to be able to stay so close to the Trevi fountain & other sights in Rome. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if ur visiting Rome. And I would stay again the next time I’m in Rome

This hotel was in an amazing location and rooms were beautiful, had everything you needed. The included breakfast was also very nice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

This property is in a perfect location, you can walk to almost every site in central Rome, it also has a bustling neighborhood of wonderful restaurants, it is truly a boutique hotel, would highly recommend!

This property is not a four star property by any means. The room was stark and bare minimum. The lobby is non existent and there are no amenities. The hotel is more like a hostel.

This was our last stop throughout Italy and by far our most comfortable stay. Stay was incredibly friendly and helpful, we were there in record heat and our room was so refreshingly cold. Their breakfast buffet is delicious and their beds are SO comfortable! Great to come back to after a day walking around in Rome. Would recommend this hotel for couples and families. Location was great and in the heart of everything!

Great staff! They need to do more with the terrace and rooftop areas. The area is very walkable but incredibly crowded.

The location was great, very walkable but also very busy. Unfortunately our hotel experience was disappointing. The hotel staff wasn’t very friendly, our room smelled, had flies, and the air conditioning was leaking water on the threshold. I would not recommend this hotel, the price was quite high for the quality of our stay.

Really nice hotel
Really nice hotel in the perfect location. Was surprised by the size of the room which was big and ideal for a family of 4. All very clean, daily room refresh and breakfast was a great selection. Only slight concern would be the lift is very small and only really for 1 or 2 people (1 person with suitcase was very tight) so if you don’t like stairs that may not be ideal. Also highly recommend pre-booking a transfer through the hotel on arrival.

It’s all about the location. We could walk everywhere and the reception desk ladies were very friendly always welcoming us with a smile. Breakfast was great as well. Having said that, don’t expect it to be a big hotel with amenities, it’s still a boutique hotel.
