Felt safe arriving through big entrance doors into a quiet area behind in a courtyard in the city centre. Everything you needed for a short stay in the city. Room was bright and clean. All staff at reception and those preparing breakfast were very helpful and courteous.

It wasn’t included, but the breakfast for 7.50 euros was worth it. Food was fresh and good. Eating in the room saved lots of time in the mornings. They even prepared a “to go” box for us the morning we needed to leave early for our flight. Front desk staff were fabulous.

Excellent location. Room is clean although a bit on the smaller side. Staffs generally nice, the gentlemen checked us in was really nice and meticulous. Breakfast in room is a good idea but there really isn't enough room to enjoy it, and every morning will be the same food if you don't change your choices everyday

I have stayed here twice now and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Rome. Hotel staff are lovely to deal with, very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location, the rooms are very clean and warm and breakfast is fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at the Relais Servo Tullio and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome. The property was very good at communicating in advance and the location was excellent. While it was a bit difficult to find initially and it's on the 5th floor with a small elevator, this all added to the charm and we truly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and much larger than we expected, and the air conditioning worked very well - which is not very common in Italy. We would definitely recommend staying here.
