It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange private transportation from their hotel to Civitavecchia which was great. The only downside - the beds are quite hard but it was manageable. In the end, I would stay there again.

Thee staff was very helpful and friendly. They called us taxis, made recommendations, and the outside dining for breakfast was very pleasant. We will be back the next time we visit Rome.

Room size

As you do for most other properties, you need to mention the size of the room so there are no surprises for your guests. The room size, not including the bathroom and a very small entrance corridor, was less than 5 square meters. That's not a room; it is barely a jail cell. The limited space made it feel cramped and suffocating, while the tiny window didn't allow much natural light or fresh air to enter, further intensifying the sensation of being trapped in a confined space. It was an uncomfortable and unsettling experience due to the lack of space and the feeling of isolation from the outside world.

Sperate di non aver problemi perché non li risolvo

Ho prenotato un 3 stelle per un week-end con mia moglie. All'arrivo (circa 18.30) hanno chiesto subito il saldo della camera (avevo scelto pagamento in loco)...poi abbiamo capito il perché: siamo stati appoggiati in una camera di servizio dietro alla reception(seminterrata)...altro che standard room! Completamente sporca e rumorosa. Fin qui avremmo anche potuto tollerare, ma c'era pure il bagno rotto (scarico perennemente in perdita). Ci siamo subito recati in reception, la ragazza si è trincerata dietro al fatto che non era responsabile e che non poteva far nulla (Hotel pieno). Ha contattato un responsabile solo via whatsapp e non ci è mai stato permesso di parlarci. Alle 21.00 è arrivato un idraulico che ovviamente ha potuto solo tamponare il problema (chiuso il rubinetto dello scarico così faceva meno rumore) e ci ha detto che, visto l'orario, non si poteva fare di più e che potevamo chiudere la porta. Abbiamo chiamato hotels.com che ha inviato mail alla struttura per autorizzazione al rimborso per poter cambiare struttura, ma l'hanno negata. STATE LONTANI DA QUESTO POSTO!

Under förväntan..

Bodde en vecka på detta hotell och det märks att hotellet har stort behov av underhåll. Lyhört mellan rummen med papperstunna väggar. Allmänna ytor och rummen ser mycket finare ut på bilderna än vad de var i verkligheten. Vårat rum hade mycket trasigt när vi kom, sprickor i glasväggen till duschen, hållaren till toalettpappret höll nästan på att lossna från väggen. Toaletten gick sönder första dagen och security boxen fungerade inte. Påtalade detta i receptionen och toaletten reparerade dom under dagen men security boxen fixade dom inte under hela veckan vi var där. Rummet var även bara ytligt städat, väldigt smutsigt kring toaletten och under toalettsitsen. Kylskåpet på rummet lät mycket och vi var tvungna att dra ut det under natten. Personalen var inte så service minded. Bra läge till vatikanen osv men rekommenderas ej!

La struttura è in una posizione comoda vicino San Pietro. Le camere sono carine, abbastanza ampie e pulite. Unico neo: prenotazione con la condizione 'paga in struttura' che viene pagata invece con la carta data in garanzia (che non era quella con cui volevo pagare) e problemi per la fattura (motivo per il quale avevo utilizzato la condizione di pagare in struttura)
