Samantha was such a joy. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable. The room was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof and the balcony off of our room. The location is central to the best attractions and food, highly recommend Trastevere for the food as it’s only a short walk. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family,

Location is top notch! View is fantastic, great views from balcony and rooftop terrace. Room was not the biggest, but the balcony felt like an extension of the room, so it felt much larger when you have the balcony door open. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only small issue was the room smelled a bit damp when you first enter, but it did not bother us since we always have the balcony door open for the view.

Lovely central stay in Rome

Guest rooms were clean and tidy- with Josua and Stefanie extremely accommodating. We had 2 rooms and both had air conditioning. Josua and Stefanie helped with tips for sight seeing to luggage storage. The terrace is a nice perk too, everything is in walking distance. There is also a lift available to take luggage and yourself if you wish to the 5th floor.

I would absolutely stay at this property again while in Rome. It was small and charming and perfectly located for easy walking to all the major sites. It also had a bus and taxi pick up within a block. It was a quiet area at night so it wasn’t loud or disturbing ever. Highly recommended the balcony suite! My only feedback was that I had requested a shuttle for airport pickup and drop-off and they didn’t follow up on the drop off so we had to order our own taxi the night before for a 7am flight out. They did give a prompt response and apology when I did make them aware of this oversight, so I would just recommend triple confirming with them if you need an airport shuttle.

Excellent Staff especially the receptionist , Joy

The hotel was great, excellent location but i had to give a big apppreciation to the staff especially Joy the receptionist, she was very accomodating to us and made sure that all our needs were taken cared of. We will definitely use this hotel when we go back to Rome.

The room itself, though a bit snug, was very clean and updated and the balcony off of the rooms was a lovely addition! The location was very centrally located and we were able to walk to all of the sites. The entryway and lobby were very run down to the point where I was a bit worried we might need to switch hotels before I saw the room, so just keep this in mind. The staff is very friendly but only there from about 8-4PM and other than that you need a code to get in the main door so it didn’t necessarily feel the safest, but it was good enough for a 2 night stay.

This is a little gem, Only seven rooms. Ours had a very nice balcony; ideal to drink a glass of wine. The roof terrace is amazing, an the service very friendly an personal. It is centrally located with a short walk to all major sights. Highly recommended!

Great property and very well appointed. Nice surprise to have one of the only rooftop hot tubs in Rome over looking where Julius Caesar was killed. The hotel is surrounded by great food and pastry shops for the morning. Awesome location and we’ll be back.

The hotel's location was really good and the staff really friendly. The rooms are located in the 5th floor, they have an elevator but it broke during our stay so we have to use the stairs. The view from the shared terrace was stunning specially at sunset.

Would recommend staying here

We loved our stay here! We stayed for five nights. The host Josshua was very nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had breakfast included, the breakfast is simple but good, very typical southern european breakfast. The room was clean upon arrival, and got cleaned everyday. The place is super central so most of the monuments are within a walking distance. Will definitely go back if we ever visit Rome again.
