Short Trip to Rome

A trip to celebrate becoming 60. The Prati Suites were good value. (They, unexpectedly, included a light breakfast provided in a bar/café which was very close, who were also able to provide a gluten free croissant.) The place was clean and well maintained. Location was pretty central and just right for us.

Localização Boa. Prédio com elevador.

A localização é ótima, prédio organizado e de boa aparência, apartamento ótimo e prático, o único inconveniente para nós foi que um dos quatros estava locado para outros hóspedes e ao nos movimentarmos no apartamento usávamos o corredor compartilhado para acessar o outro quarto, banheiro e cozinha que eram privativos para nós. Tudo isso ao final foi compensado pela simpatia e prestabilidade da Lorenza.

Hotel Owner Un-accomadating and Uncompromising!

I booked the hotel and was looking forward to staying in it. Then the host contacted me to talk about additional fees for extra guests, though I did indicate we were a family of 5 at the time of booking, and additional fees if you check in at a later time. I had booked the hotel for an overnight stay, because of a flight layover of 12 hours. Due to the fact that I had to take three flights on that trip, I made a mistake and booked the wrong date (the 30th instead of the 29th). Contacted Lorenza long before the check-in date and requested that she either refund the booking or change the reservation. She was very un-accomadating and un-compromising. She refused completely to do either. I ended up loosing the money that I used to book this hotel and I did not have a place to stay during my layover. A bad experience for me and my family of 5. I say go for this hotel if you are sure that your plans will not fall through, and do make sure you book the right date and read all the booking details before booking. Hosts give NO REFUNDS, under any circumstances! Even Expedia tried to reason with her and advocate on my behalf, and she still refused to compromise or be more accommodating.

Sympathique appartement ! Bien situé.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement pour cinq personnes avec chambre séparée. Propreté impeccable, cuisine équipée, bonne literie, jolie SDB. L'appartement est idéalement situé juste à côté du Vatican proche du métro Ottaviano qui vous emmène directement dans le centre de Rome au pied du Colisée, mais tout peut se faire également à pied car Rome est une petite capitale par la superficie. Comptez 20 à 25 minutes pour vous rendre à la fontaine de Trevi par exemple. quartier sympathique avec café et restaurants. Lorenza la propriétaire est également à votre écoute si vous avez le moindre problème.

Lovely place near the Vatican

The hostess was very friendly and kind. The apartment was wonderful, everything was clean and well looked after. The cooking facilities were excellent. The apartment was from a short walking distance from the Vatican and there was also nice shopping opportunities nearby. The subway station was just a block away, with excellent connections to the main city sightseeing destinations. Warmly recommend to any families with children and also for everybody else.

Very kind host!

The apartment host Lorenza was very kind girl. She kept contact with us both before and after our arrival. The delivery of keys took just a few seconds. Check-out was very smooth as well. She gave us a map and brief guide of Rome, which became useful later. We made extra payment by mistake but she refunded us directly with whole amount.

The apartment is quite spacious, clean and with a nice shower room. Coffee and tea in the room were nice touches and replenished everyday. Good coffee too. Lorenza provided helpful tips on how to get to places we wanted to visit and provided map and tour brochures as well.

Perfect Room

Great location; only a short walk from the Vatican. The room was immaculate, stylish, spacious and very comfortable, including it's own coffee machine and tea kettle. I have nothing but good things to say about this room, especially at the price! Would definitely stay again.

Per chi non necessita di servizi particolari e non ha eccessive pretese è una scelta alternativa al classico albergo.La responsabile della struttura è estremamente gentile e disponibile, anche se la sua presenza si limita al check in e al chek out,ma è comunque sempre raggiungibile telefonicamente per eventuali necessità.Non lo classificherei tra la categoria HOTEL,ma tra i BED&BREAKFAST.

Il a des points positifs et d'autres négatifs. Pour les points positifs : disponibilité et adaptation de la propriétaire à notre heure d'arrivée , sa gentillesse, la propreté des deux chambres (qui était très spacieuse), proximité du vatican et d'une rue commerçante. Points négatifs : l'adresse de l'appartement n'était pas celle indiquée sur la réservation (même si l'autre appartement était à une rue), et une autre personne a partagé l'appartement une nuit (heureusement pas la salle de bain), ce point n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce sur le site.

Formidable!

Accueil formidable de Lorenza au Prati Luxury Suites. Elle a même pris le temps de nous imprimer des billets pour différentes attractions. Une tonne de bons conseils pour nous faire vivre le plus beau séjour. Notre chambre était propre, confortable. Petit déjeuner croissant/cappuccino au lever, servi à la chambre. Situation géographique idéale, près du Vatican. La station de métro Ottaviano est à 300-400 mètres. Sinon, tout se fait à pieds, facilement. Nous y retournerions à chaque fois. Un charme.

The best choice

The hotel is excellent, is near to every place of interest of the city. Lorenza is an excellent hostess, she always helped us with the reservations for the museums and gave us the best tips to enjoy the city. We felt like we were at home.
