Fantastic facilities pleasant staff. Loved it!

Lovely well kept hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay facilities and staff were great. Lovely large rooms and a very reasonable price for the facilities on offer. 2 minor issues beds were 2 single mattresses which tended to mean a gap formed in the middle and not enough coat hangers. But really they are observations and take nothing away from a great stay. I would definitely book again.

Estive por 3 dias em Roma 12-15 de novembro de 2019. O hotel me agradou bastante. No começo fiquei um pouco assustado porque o elevador é bem pequeno, cabe umas duas pessoas com malas e é antigo daqueles de abrir e fechar com a porta de ferro, mas na verdade se torna um charme a mais para o local. O quarto é limpo, aconchegante e o café da manhã muito bom...detalhe, eles levam no quarto. A localização foi excelente porque fica pertinho da piazza del popolo, que dá acesso a praça da espanha e outros pontos turísticos cheios de restaurantes e sorveterias que vale a pena experimentar. O Antônio é um cara muito gentil, prestativo e nos fez sentir muito a vontade. Valeu muito a pena e certamente recomendo!

It was very nice hotel, very clear and comfortable room. The hotel is on a very good location, near to metro line Flaminio and piazza del Popolo. The stuff was the best and the breakfast also as it was served in the room. Definitely a very good choice to stay in Rome.

It is close to the Flaminio metro stop (A line) but can be hard to find as it is located in a large apartment/office building. The staff, both named Antonio, are very helpful and prepare breakfast each morning and serve it in your room. The rooms could benefit with better reading light and the presence of a chair, particularly for older travelers who need back support. Highly recommended.

Sehr unbequemes, billiges Bett und das „Hotel“ ist sehr sehr hellhörig. Der Rezeptionist hat morgens so laut gesprochen, dass wir halb aus dem Bett gefallen sind (er hätte auch leise sprechen können, hätten wir auch gehört...) Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schick und das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage.

L'hotel di per se è molto ordinato, peccato la presenza di ponteggi in tutto lo stabile che di fatto impediva l'apertura e chiusura delle persiane, oltre al rumore delle lavorazioni e la mancanza di luce solare e ricambio di aria. Il personale è disponibilissimo, molto gentile e reperibile in qualsiasi momento. Unica pecca: la vasca idormassaggio viene pulita tutte le mattine mentre viene utilizzata dagli ospiti il tardo pomeriggio e la sera. Riterrei utile una pulizia anche a metà pomeriggio. Sicuramente da ritornarci, vista anche l'ottima posizione e la possibilità di parcheggio coperto e sorvegliato adiacente (a pagamento)

Lovely hotel, extremely central

Amazing staff, spoke very good English and where able to help us with everything we wanted! The hotel it’s self is perfect for a city break (extremely central) lovely spa room and extremely clean and very comfortable! We both enjoy our stay so much and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Freundliches Personal in wundervoller Stadt

Der Transfer wurde von einem Prwis für 50€ eingerichtet, die Schlüssel wurden vom Fahrer überreicht, da die Anreise zur späten Stunde stattfand. Freundliche morgendliche Begrüßung. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Koffer konnte am Abreisetag noch im Hotel gelassen werden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: bei Anreise war das Zimmer, sowie das Bad, kalt. Die Zimmer können nur mit einer Klimaanlage beheizt werden. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein Zimmer, in dem eine Whirlpoolwanne und ein Duschraum mit Dampfbadfunktion steht. Dieser ist für jeden zugänglich sofern der Raum nicht abgeschlossen wird. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können schnell zu Fuß erreicht werden.Vatikan:10Minuten; Colloseo:20Minuten! Zum Flughafen: 4 Haltestellen zu Termini und von dort aus 30minuten mit Leonardo Express zum FCO. Kosten 17€.

Awesome staff even better location!!!

Love the staff, location, and room! Definitely had a European chic feel to it!! Jacuzzi room for guest was an awesome free add on as well.. Breakfast was good, internet a little slow but overall got the job done and Dario went above and beyond for my room requests prior to arriving to celebrate a birthday:) It's a small intimate boutique feel with only 6 beautiful rooms. I will definitely be back!!:)

Très bon accueil de Dario qui nous a même proposé de choisir la chambre qui allait nous accueillir parmi celles de libre. Les photos du site sont fiables à la réalité. Espace bien être avec un jacuzzi et une douche à jet hydro-massant propre et joliment décoré. Hôtel moderne et personnel discret et disponible.

Lyhörda rum dålig städning. Bra läge!

Bra läge. Rummen behöver fräschas upp mycket märken på väggarna. Städningen var riktigt dålig en dag fick vi inget nytt toalett papper ofta ränder på spegel. Saknade papperskorg finns en liten i badrummet. Det är extremet lyhört aldrig varit med om liknande. Det ligger väldigt trevlig resturange mitt över gatan god mat o trevlig stämning.

Primero nos fue dificil encontrar la puerta del "hotel", puesto que no tiene una recepción en planta baja. Porque en realidad son 6 u 8 habitaciones en un piso de un edificio viejo, que han sido remodelas modernamente. No hay restaurant, ni ningún tipo de servicio. Llegamos a las 9 pm y nos abrieron la puerta por un portero y en subimos por un ascensor muy pequeño, gracias si entran 2 personas (sin maletas) llegamos al piso donde están las habitaciones y nos explicó el funcionamiento del "hotel" el recepcionista, quien una vez que entramos en la habitación se fue. Es decir que si necesitábamos algo más, no había nadie. A la mañana llegó nuevamente el recepcionista y una chica quienes nos trajeron una bandeja con cafe y tostadas y mermermelada ("el desayuno" que debimos tomarlo en nuestra cama en la habitación porque no hay donde tomarlo si no es en la habitación. Definitivamente muy caro para lo que es.

Modern boutique hotel, quiet area

Great hotel, in a quiet area but a 5 min walk from the action. Hotel rooms really look like the photos, minimalist and modern. Clean, hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Perfect for solo or a couple.
