Place is cute! Very convenient my 22yr did walk everywhere and when I say we walked we walked at least 20 steps a day but the area is close to many restaurants and shops you can see the coliseum from our place. The place is very quiet which was fine for us since it was just the two of us not sure if would work for a family because you can hear everything and we had to be pretty quiet which was fine since we would relax and sleep only the rest of our day we were out exploring. There’s a restaurant right outside the place so we would wake up a little late and they serve full breakfast which is unusual for Italy and served late in the day since we would sleep in.

Great location and room was perfect for two people. The elevator was a help for older people. Housekeeper came daily and was friendly. Lorenzo was a great help arranging transfers for us. We would stay here again

While not a high end hotel, Piazzetta de' Monti Suites is a comfortable place convenient to many restaurants the a 5 minute walk to the Coliseum. Local bus service to to other locations in Rome is less than a 10 minute walk. If I am fortunately enough to travel to Rome again, I will definitely be staying there.

The location was so convenient to all of the attractions and sites (down the street from the Colosseum) there was a small breakfast shop and gelato right outside the place. Hotel had an older vibe to it (historic); more of a b&b vibe. Giuseppe and Lorenzo were so accommodating and helpful before and throughout our entire stay. Would recommend!

I stayed for 2 nights, has everything you could need. Small room but well designed and it was perfect for one. You can open the windows or there is air conditioning. Great location, I walked to all the attractions I wanted to see. Approx. 15 mins to Trevi fountain and 1 hr to Vatican City. Colosseum was approx 20 min walk. Also walking distance to the train/bus station. Alessio was very helpful with any questions I had. I loved my stay, would stay again.

Amazing amazing location! Great cleaning services. It's a little noisy outside with the multiple restaurants but I actually liked it. It was my wake up call. Make sure to pry the box open with your nails if you're checking in by yourself.

This property is in a great location!! Walkable to every main attractions. 3 minutes walk to the subway and the Colosseum. Lots of restaurant nearby. The room is a bit small with the old charm touch but has everything you need. A/C is great for summer time. It doesn’t look like the picture from expedia but close. No receptionist on site, however there is a person that response to your request right away by text that you set up with them. I did not here from them through expedia messeges that I sent. I got one automated reply message once I finish booking. I called the property phone number provided from welcoming message through expedia.After that I am able to communicate with them by texting , pretty simple. Overall, I think it is a nice place in a great location.

Lorenzo is a superb host! This accommodation was perfect for my son and I during our 9 days in Rome. There are a bar and a gelateria right downstairs and so many food options, we never ate at the same place twice! Our room overlooked a piazza with a fountain and there were two churches right near the B & B. The Colosseum is visible from the front door. The front is an easy spot to meet up with a taxi. The a/c worked consistently well during our stay and the mini fridge was so helpful to keep nasoni water cold. The shower was great, the tap water was cool and refreshing, and the beds were comfortable. The only negative is that the room is very dim, even with all of the lights on. Our trip to Rome was fantastic and the Piazetta de Monti made it even better! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again someday in the future.

Great stay in an amazing neighborhood!

Enjoyed my stay of 4 nights in a single room. Check in was easy over WhatsApp, the hosts were responsive and checked with me to make sure everything was ok. Room was the expected size for a single in a major European city, the shower was surprisingly big and the bathroom spacious with some nice amenities. A small fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine with tea and coffee was appreciated. I liked the decor and it was very clean. The location is right on a very busy piazza in the lively Monti neighborhood, which I really enjoyed. Lots of cafes, restaurants and neighborhood bars nearby, it was fun and always felt safe. The hosts have invested in double glazed windows which cut the noise and I had no issues - I’m a city person! Very close to Colosseum and Forum and an easy walk to many other main sites. Vatican is a long walk, or just take the 40 bus. Easy 15 minute walk to Termini train station. Loved the Monti neighborhood and enjoyed my stay, would recommend for those who enjoy a lively, authentic vibe.

I'd totall stay here again. We traveled to 3 cities in Italy; this was the best stay. You can't beat the location. You can see the Colosseum from the front door and it's a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc. We also had a room overlooking the plaza and fountain, which was lovely. There are dozens of dining options at all price points within a 5- or 10-minute walk. There's a shop right downstairs that sells gelato and cannoli. It was only a 4-minute walk to the nearest subway station, and a 40-ish minute walk to the Vatican, with many beautiful sights and landmarks along the way. The room was clean (I'm a germaphobe), and housekeeping came daily. There was an a/c unit, a single-cup espresso machine, a mini-fridge, a blow dryer, and shampoo and conditioner. There was not an iron in the room, but we asked for one and it was brought to us quickly. It's on the second floor of the building, and there is a tiny, one-person elevator to get up, but if you have a big bag or are a larger person, you'd have to lug your stuff up a flight of stairs. Alessio was very helpful and attentive. Without us asking, he helped us decide on the best way to get there from the train station when we arrived, he gave us a map and made recommendations on places to go and how to get there, and he sent a Whatsapp message with a link to a Google Map where he had marked his favorite restaurants. Again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I'd recommend it to friends and family.

Very nice property,apartment converted into rooms to rent clean beautiful,our driver was so nice called and found the place . Spacious, plush room in the heart of Monti

We stayed just for one night between a late flight into Rome and an early morning train down to Naples. Monti is my favorite neighborhood in Rome, and it was really a pleasure to find such a lovely hotel room for the evening. Only downside was the extra fee for the late check in, which is stated in the fine print but which I had overlooked. Nonetheless, I highly recommend.
