It was very nice and affordable. The staff were very friendly and nice especially Marco. There’s also metro station like 10mins walk from the hotel and there’s unguarded public parking st your own risk and there’s the hotel underground parking for a token. All in all, I highly recommend Novotel hotel Roma. The breakfast was very good and kids eat free
Enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was amazing, staff were all very helpful, friendly and polite. Location was good for us as short car journey to Anagnina metro station.
The staff is very friendly, accommodating and attentive. It is a nice place for families. They have air hockey, a pool table, and a pool for families to hang out and play.
The staff is very friendly. The place is clean. The breakfast is very good. It is far from the center, but you can get there using the train and the subway. It is an adventure.
The only 2 down falls is its a bit out of the way from everything and would of been good if there was somewhere to do ur washing as the closest places is a minute drive away. Stuff were good, the room was nice and the pool was awesome.
Great property if hard to find. Buffet breakfast is worth the money. Good American and European fare. Lovely room with easy lighting, good shower and bathroom plumbing. Felt like a luxury stateroom on a great cruise.
Really enjoyed our stay and free parking! Staff were lovely! The hotel is located off the freeway in a desolate area and is kind of tricky to get to if you drive there (lots of turns and narrow streets) Depending on traffic, it’s about 30-40 mins to the Colosseum area, 25-30 to Spanish Steps/ Trevi Fountain zone
We had a lot of fun in this hotel and the condition of this hotel was very good, it was very clean and the staff was also very nice and whenever we asked for milk for our baby, they happily gave it to us.

Great hotel and amazing staff. Bathrooms are dirty with hair and dust. Bathrooms are dated and have mildew stains.
The hotel is far from everything. You traveled by car and even then it’s a 30min drive from the city Centre. There is a very nice little Italian bakery close by (3min drive). That serves the nicest coffee and pizza’s (il rusticotto). Swimming pool was small but very nice. Big enough for a quick dip.
The staff were very friendly, and the room clean. There was very good breakfast with a variety of food, and very clean. No transport access, no information about tickets for public transport and no directions and guidance on how you can get to Rome. Taxi is too expensive and the roads are terrible to walk.
The amenities at this hotel were great! Excellent pool, A/C, parking availability, and room quality/size. Breakfast quality/variety was well priced and great. Lunch/dinner menu was limited and not great. Location was difficult - too far from city, poor road conditions (many pot holes), unsafe area, not close to stores or mass transit, etc. I would stay here again for the amenities alone. The staff was very nice.
the hotel is good and the staff is great. Breakfast is good and the bar and restaurant are good also. If you want to stay close to the center of Rome this is not the hotel unless you have a Car rental and plant on Uber. there is a train station close but it will take you a couple of transfers and over 1h to get to the center
I have seen many bad reviews about this hotel but I can now actually recommend it if you are looking for something outside the city centre, peaceful, convenient.
The service is great: quick support (email or in person), kind and helpful.
Rooms have all the essentials, also for families. Beds are quite comfy. If you need a crib just request it and it will be there, a good size cot. Good quality shampoo and shower gel.
We used the hotel carpark rather than the free one and it's so much easier as it's underground.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We loved staying at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety to choose from. The area where it is located doesn’t look that great and even though it is close to the metro station I wouldn’t walk over there (specially at night). We didn’t have a problem with that because we rented a vehicle for which they offer free parking. The room was good and clean, but the bathroom (especially the tub) needs an urgent facelift. We had dinner at the hotel which was good but a little expensive. Would definitely come back there.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Property had no access to walk to any area. If you want to move around a taxi is your best option. Cleanliness could get better. Toilet from room didn’t flush properly. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Facility could do better.
The hotel is far from the city center. Depending on where you want to go, and the time of the day, you may have to estimate double the time due to traffic. We had our own car, so it was not a problem for us. The personnel at the restaurant was very kind.
The staff were lovely and friendly, all facilities were decent. The breakfast and the pool was definitely the highlight of the hotel! Drinks and food rather expensive for saying there's nothing else close by to the hotel. They were more than happy for us to order takeaway to be delivered though and eat and drink our own things around the hotel. The biggest downfall is that there's not much in terms of shops or public transport close by, the train station is only a 10 minute walk away though but that's all. It would be amazing if there was a shuttle to take people into Rome to make it easier for families.
Overall we are happy with our stay and would likely go again 😁
