Liegt zentral, schätzte die Gemeinschaftsküche und den Essraum, allerdings waren diese im Gegensatz zum Zimmer, nicht sauber. Im weiteren wäre ich dankbar über div.Prospektenmaterial gewesen z.b Stadtplan, Prospekte über verschiedene Tagespäss usw

Wonderful place to stay

The apartment was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable had lovely crisp white sheets, bathroom was clean and fresh with plebty of lovely white towels.Plenty of coffee and biscuits. There was a big dinning table and small adequate kitchen if needed. We received vouchers for coffee and croissants nearby. Ideally situated near all the cafe, bars and restaurants in Trastevere and 20 minute walk to St. Peters.

Schön gelegen. Direkt strassenbahn zum Zentrum. Leider war es ab 7 Uhr ziemlich LAuT zum Hof. Da wurde jeden Tag ein Supermarkt beliefert und Müll entsorgt. Sehr sauber. Kleine Küche für Gäste vorhanden. Frühstück direkt an der Ecke. Können wir empfehlen für eine stadtetour super

Bem localizado no Trastevere

Pontos positivos: localização muito boa, no Trastevere, local cheio de bares e restaurantes. Tem uma geladeira na cozinha coletiva com algumas bebidas à vontade. Pontos negativos: recepção muito confusa. A recepção fica em uma loja de turismo do outro lado da rua. Não sabíamos disso. Só conseguimos resolver o check in porque tínhamos celular e o Max veio nos receber e abrir a porta. O café da manhã é muito fraco. Entregaram ticket de 1 croissant e 1 capuccino por dia para comer no bar da esquina. Ponto negativo da localização é ter que pegar ônibus ou trem elétrico para chegar nos principais pontos turísticos. Um pouco difícil de se orientar com os transportes. Longe de estações de metrô.

Simpelt værelse med god beliggenhed

Dejlig simpelt værelse til at sove i mens man er på storbyferie. Du skal ikke forvente dig noget ekstravagant, men gode blot gode forhold under dit ophold. Der er en del larm fra gården om morgenen og døren til toilettet kunne ikke lukkes helt. Men alligevel var den samlede oplevelse god. Og at bo så tæt på alting i både Trastevere men også Øvrig Rom er fantastisk.

Great location

This is not really a hotel, it is a multi-bedroom apartment in a large apartment building and you are renting a room with en suite bathroom. There is a shared kitchen & dining room. The rooms are lovely and the area is lively and walkable. Trams and buses to anywhere in Trastevere and Rome are right out front. I would definitely stay here again.

Great base for sightseeing

We stayed 4 nights here,with a baby. So our days are limited to around 8pm bedtime. The location is perfect for an active city sightseeing vacation, with lots of good places for a lazy breakfast nearby, then you head out for the day and return to the same neighborhood only now filled with locals for a cozy evening dinner. The ambience of Trastevere is thoroughly enjoyable. I'm sure we could have found an even more central place to stay, but never once did we feel that need. We ended up walking a lot of the time, not using the public transportation much. Because we enjoy walking around seeing all the smaller details. But connections with both busses and trams seemed good. The room itself was a good base, and access ok. It's not a leisure hotel room, more like a short term apartment. Note it's not wheelchair accessible. Housekeeping seemed good, but due to the road outside you have to expect some noise and cleanliness accordingly. The Air-condition did its job, which was a big relief with our 1year old. A baby cot was ready for us on check in, as requested in advance. The biggest positive we experienced was Max, who greeted us and was available for questions and help all the time using WhatsApp. And the free soft drinks, water and occasional beer in the fridge was a very kind gesture. All in all a good value for money for city sightseeing if you don't need the afternoon pool time. There's a high probability we'll be back if we go back to Rome for more sightseeing.

Hotel muito bom, muito bem localizado, cama top, excelente, dono gente finissima, pena não ter frigobar no quarto e café da manhà; mais mesmo assim pode-se usar a geladeira da área comum aos hospedes. Havia cervejas, aguas, iogurte e chocolates free.

ótima acomodação

Ótima localização, perto de vários restaurantes, com transporte fácil ao centro e a atrações turísticas. wifi, conforto do quarto e banheiro ótimos. Boa limpeza..troca de toalhas a cada 2 dias, porém sem repor shampoo e sabonete. Apartamento em prédio antigo e mal cuidado, porém o apartamento é ótimo. Recomendaria e voltaria.
