Shame on them and expedia i used expidia to many times the last 7 years first time something like this happens this people are stolen customers money offering you at services that they never provide and not even taking responsibilities this is the worth place ever , they shouldn’t be here stolen people money like nothing . This is insane and disrespectful for a website high category as expidia.

DO NOT BOOK, this is not a hotel, this is a building with some apartments. We got there and there is no front desk and no reception. The phone number you get in your reservation does not exist, and they did not refund my money. They ruined my first day in Rome because we waited hours trying to contact them and they did not contact us back. On top of that their reservations are not refundable so you will not get your money back and you will have to get a last minute hotel like we did because it’s impossible to contact them. Expedia does not check that the info of the properties they list is real, and they do not care if you don’t get your money back. Save yourself a headache and book somewhere else

We enjoy the hotel’s manager and staff warm, willing to help, and friendly attitude, the clean and nice accommodating facility. The place is safe and just a few minutes of walking to busy tourist areas and public transportation hubs. 👍👏❤️

I hope this comment does not get buried because the owner of the rooms goes above and beyond to make sure you get a wonderful experience of Rome. If you have ever wondered what it was like to stay at a Four Seasons or a Ritz Carlton, the Navona Relais de Charme will give you that 5 star treatment that treats you like royalty. Want breakfast in the morning? Well breakfast is included at your preferred time. What they do is they roll a table into your room with everything you want ordered. From a variety of croissants and cappuccinos. The rooms are modern and spotless. From animal-shaped towels to RBG lighting in the bathroom. Worried about getting to and from the airport? The owner will get you a ride for cheaper than an Uber to the airport. The location is close to so many attractions and restaurants that you can go to each attraction multiple times a day if you wanted to. Overall, I'm a flight attendant and I've stayed in plenty of hotels. However, this place has been much better than any Hilton or Marriott I have ever stayed at.

Assolutamente eccellente! La struttura è in pieno centro a pochissimi minuti a piedi da piazza navona, letti comodissimi , e prezzi giusti, il gestore gentilissimo ci ha dato una cartina e consigli dove poter mangiare e posti da visitare. Assolutamente consigliata!! Veramente complimenti!
