Gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Great location! Only problem was the street noise which went all night from a close by bar to overnight trucks and traffic and then into early morning with garbage truck noise.

The property was clean and convenient. It was located right next to the Spanish steps, which meant lots of tourists at all times, including during the night, so it was very noisy during the night. The pros are that the room has a nice view, and is very close to the metro, which was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel right above the Spanish Steps! The location was absolutely perfect, with beautiful views and everything conveniently within walking distance. Check-in was easy, and the communication and instructions were clear and seamless. The room was clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the complimentary drinks, which were such a nice touch. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring Rome. Overall, a fantastic stay in an unbeatable location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location, right next to the Spanish steps and everything is within a walkable distance. The road outside was loud but that really was the only downside, air con and clean room. Daily housekeeping and the free food and fridge contents was a lovely gesture. Would definitely book again.

It was a spacious room with a great view. Loved the coffee maker and the coffee they supplied. It was so authentic Italian, and amazingly good. Staff was very friendly. Only problem as an American, sometimes communication was difficult as the on-site staff was not very fluent in English, but I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Rome. It was located in such an amazing place in the city. Access to many things.

there isn’t a better location in Italy to see everything in Rome. I was able to walk to the Vatican, the pantheon, the Trevi fountain, and staying on the steps was amazing!

Be prepared for noice early each day. The City collects the bottles from the restaurants downstairs and you will be woken up. Bring ear plugs. Great area and the staff were great.

This is a really great Guest House just steps from the top of the Spanish Steps. Great location, super clean, lovely room and a great place. One of six rooms in this guest house - located on the second floor of a lovely building with a small elevator.

Our experience was pleasant from beginning to end. The staff let us in and showed us the elevator and room amenities. It was 101 degrees in Rome that day and the air conditioning did not fail us! We had a nice view of the top area near the Spanish Steps and looked out over the Egyptian Oblesk. I would definitely recommend My Spanish Steps for sightseeing…it was very close to the A line subway!
