Buona soluzione economica e accogliente
L'esperienza complessiva è positiva: la struttura necessità di un po' di lavori di manutenzione (tubo doccia perdeva) ma i proprietari sono persone davvero gentili e disponibili. La zona è monteverde ed è sempre servita e gradevole. Non grandi disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito, ma per chi conosce Roma, sa che questa è una costante.
