Nice area and they clean our room everyday. The sink in our bathroom was clogged, problem was reported to Arlene the staff but did not do anything not until I texted Luigi and the sink was fixed. Staff are nice like Paulo and Kim. Breakfast is very basic, coffee was cold when delivered to our room. I love the location and don’t mind coming back.

Kind of scary at first coz can’t find a reception area but after I called their telephone number someone met us and the rest of our stay was excellent. Close to restaurant and shopping area. Walking distance to lots of nice places. Friendly staff and helpful, clean rooms. I can recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Highly recommended very convenient and accessible

The room is very convenient. It is literally just by St. Peter’s square and down the structure, there is a steak house that is very affordable and fire! Jollibee is just right there too and other stores that you might need. Not to mention that the metro train and taxi stand is also there. No need to walk too far.

Perfect location, good breakfast and cozy room

Location is perfect, i can see the vatican from the window, very close. Finding the hotel is not easy and hotel owner is not comminicative. There were 2 telephone numbers but both were not responding, one was the number of pizzeria🤔. Breakfast is very nice and served to room directly on time. Rooms are small but very nice and clean. Car parking is very difficult even under payment.

The property was in a great location. I was supposed to receive the code for the door for my arrival which I never did. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were hard as a rock. The property offered breakfast which was ordered the night before. The food was not good at all. Despite those two problems we did enjoy our stay.

Exceptionally Good Value for Money

Exceptionally good value for money. Very conveniently located (near the Vatican and the Metro) in a safe and lively neighborhood. The check-in procedure was very straightforward and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope to stay here whenever I am in Rome!

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay! Great location-only few minutes walking to Vatican. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was delish. The main roads can be noisy at night, but we used our sleep app so it wasn’t an issue for us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great Location, friendly staff and accommodating

We stayed in this accommodation for 4 days and we had a comfortable stay. The location is also good and has plenty of amenities nearby. It is also close by tourist spots such as Vatican museum and St Peters Square. The staff were accommodating and helpful particularly Danica who assisted us and was very helpful throughout the stay. The system to access the room and building was pretty cool no need to have keys and the instructions were clear. We would suggest for breakfast that there should be more options on the menu selection such as cold cuts, eggs etc. as the breakfast options were particularly limited. Despite this we had a good stay in the accommodation.

Positive: 1)5 mins walk to the vatican 2) easy access to transportation. 3) neat and clean room negative: 1) if you are looking for an english or american breakfast this hotel is not for you. In my part the breakfast is too sweet. More on sugar. 2) a little bit noise outside but it should be ok if you only stay few days.

DO NOT STAY HERE !

**Title:** Worst Stay Ever – Avoid This Place at All Costs This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. You can’t even call this a hotel—it’s more like a scam. They’ve divided one apartment into several rooms and rent them out individually. Let me explain. The first room we checked into had an air conditioner that was so noisy, even when turned off, that we couldn’t stay in it. We asked them to fix it, so they moved us to another room. The second room was dirty and old. We asked them to fix the air conditioner and let us return to the original room, despite the noise being unbearable—happening every 10 minutes whether it was on or off. They promised to fix it while we were out, but when we returned, they had taken all of our untouched breakfast. They claimed they fixed the issue, but it was exactly the same, and no one was available to respond to our messages. It was such a terrible experience; we couldn’t sleep at all during our stay and were exhausted. Finding another hotel was difficult because there was no one at reception to even discuss a refund. This place is a complete scam. Please don’t stay here—you’ll regret it.

Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht im Entferntesten den Bildern. Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich neu, das einzige Positive an dieser Unterkunft. Das Schlafzimmer besteht nur aus einem Bett, das in einem sehr alten, unhygienischen Zustand war. Ungeachtet der Tatsache, dass Preis-Leistung nicht stimmt, fühlen wir uns betrogen.

an excellent place to stay in Rome very close to all points of interest such as the Vatican City, a highly recommended place to take a few days of vacation,the only drawback is the WIFI service, really very, very poor, that is the only drawback, no matter how hard we tried, we could never have a good WiFi connection that the place gives, its signal is terrible and it is not well enabled to have one from the room quality sign
