The elevator was broken upon arrival and had to carry luggage 6 floors. We’re told it would be fixed so much to our chagrin it was still broken on departure. We always book non smoking rooms and a room next to us was smoked in all night. When we brought it up to the staff they said they couldn’t smell it when we’d just left the room.

Super schönes und ausgefallenes Hotel

Das Hotel ist in einem Wohnhaus untergebracht. Die Zimmer sind der Wahnsinn. Wir hatten ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht, welches jedoch sogar besser war. Wer kein alltägliches Hotel möchte, sondern eher etwas augefallenes ist hier genau richtig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter. Wenn man bereit ist etwas zu laufen (höchstens ca. 20 Minuten) können fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu Fuß erreicht werden. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, ist ganz in der Nähe eine Metro Station von der man überall hinkommt. Rund um das Hotel gibt es viele kleine Restaurants in denen man schön essen kann. Ich würde es auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen und auch immer wieder buchen.

Das Hotel ist relativ schwer zu finden, da kein Schild über der Türe hängt. Es ist lediglich eine kleine Klingel mit iRooms an der Tür. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr schön und absolut empfehlenswert für einen Städtetrip.

gute Lage bei etwas anderem individuellem Konzept

Die Zimmer sind etwas außergewöhnlicher als der Standard. Es gibt eine iPad-Steuerung für Licht (Phillips Hue) und beispielsweise YouTube Videos am Abend über den TV. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine große Whirlpool Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche. Das Bett ist völlig in Ordnung und lässt einen erholt aufwachen. Bei der Ankunft nach 15 Uhr ist die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt. Man klingelt und wird extern reingelassen. Ich vermute die Örtlichkeiten waren früher mal eine große Wohnung und wurden für den Hotelbetrieb umfunktioniert. Die ehemalige Wohnung liegt im 5. Stockwerk des Gebäudes und ist auch über einen Aufzug erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt bei telefonischer Anweisung über einen Safe. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Top Zimmer in einer Top Lage!

Ein wirklich tolles und super sauberes Zimmer. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Collosseum ist quasi ums Eck und kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es wird alles täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt. Wir sind sehr begeistert und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Rom!

Schönes zentrales Hotel

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub in Rom, in einem schönen Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, es ist nur etwas schwer zu finden, da kein Schild von außen zu sehen ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und das Personal super freundlich. Das Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Innovation und Luxus zum fairen Preis

Das Ankommen zum Hotel war etwas tricky, da es vom Außen keine Schild gibt. Das "Hotel" selbst ist sehr gemütlich, die Bedienung war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war einfach fabelhaft! Das Bett war super bequem und die daneben eingebaute Jacuzzi einfach perfekte Entspannung nach dem ganzen Tag laufen in der Stadt. Der im Zimmer verfügbare IPad ist eine super Idee um alle Informationen kompakt, papierlos und nachhaltig zusammen zu fassen. Die Smart-Beleuchtung ergänzt noch das innovative Charakter des Hotels. Meckern kann man eventuell bei längeren sitzen auf dem WC, weil diese echt unbequem war. Sonst ist es definitiv zu empfehlen!!!

Concept très sympa

Cinq chambres avec chacune son univers... Très bonne localisation entre la gare et le centre historique. L’accueil ne ne se fait pas 24h sur 24 mais il est chaleureux et arrangeant. La chambre était très belle avec une magnifique douche dans la chambre, la deco correspond tout à fait aux photos du site. D’autres IRooms existent à Rome proches des lieux clés.

Sehr schönes modernes hotel in einem alten gebäude. Gleich ein bistro neben der eingangstür perfekt fürs frühstück. Sehr cooles jacuzzi. Viele restaurants und 2 supermärkte über die straße. Nicht weit entfernt ist trevi brunnen, spanische treppe , kolloseum und vatikan-stadt ist auch schnell mit der metro für 1.50€ zu erreichen. Hotel nur zu empfehlen.

Excelente localização, conforto.

O hotel é quase escondido, fica no 5° Andar de um prédio da Via Merulana. É um pequeno hotel com uns 5 a 6 quartos. O atendimento é ótimo, a localização perfeita, uma breve caminhada de 10 minutos do Coliseu e outras atrações. Muito bem limpo, confortável, silencioso.

DO NOT stay here. Asetically these apartments look amazing. However-I was soon to learn that there is no air conditioning in the building/apartments (only a thermostat set to various temperatures each season). There is no breakfast inc and there is no 24h reception. There was a smell of sewage from the toilet,infiltrating into our sleeping/living space. Noise pollution is a problem from the street (due to smell of sewage and heat in the room one has no choice but to leave the window open). Staff on the ground appeared to try and help resolve our problems but management appeared uninterested in our concerns voiced.

Modern, cool but logistics problems, limited staff

Nicely renovated rooms but the AC was broken so had to have a portable unit constantly running with a hose venting heat into bathroom. They offered an upgrade for the final night as compensation but honestly it's just more work to move all your things the night before an early flight. They incorrectly listed prices for airport transit: it was 4x as much. The staff is helpful from 8-4 but dodgy after that: no staff. So it's more like a roommates situation. A couple nights was fine. Last two nights really rude people in neighboring rooms. And then the phone with its very loud ringer went off every 20 mins from 4-6am. Some will like this sort of thing but too much hassle for me.
