The owners are so beyond kind and understanding. The room is very clean, air conditioning is amazing, and it’s in a very nice calm area! I highly recommend staying here!

There is no parking on property. No matter what time you go it's almost impossible to find any spots near by. Each day we parked about 10-15 min walk from the property. We got multiple complaints about noise not even being loud which was annoying. The room itself was pretty clean and had a really good coffee machine.

Staff went above and beyond to help us out, we had early trains into Rome and they allowed us to check-in a little earlier to meet activities we wanted to do. The staff were really friendly, the room was very clean and well presented. We have no complaints and would happily come back and stay!

Nice rooms, nice bathroom, nice bed, clean. Hard to get hot water though. Even though there is free street parking, it is impossible to find a legal parking spot. We also have to lock the door with a key once inside the room in order to lock the door. If one person leaves with the key, it's a fire hazard as there are large metal grills over the windows and you need the key to get out of the room.

Said there was dedicated free parking onsite and that was a flat out lie. It was hard to find parking. Check in was also much more painful than it should’ve been. They made me pay extra just because plans changed and I arrived later than I originally thought. Terrible stay

It was challenging trying to get into the property, as we had to meet someone to let us in at a specific time, which added stress to that part of our journey. I also didn't realize there were not any windows in our room, which contributed to me feeling locked in.

Quarto limpo, novo, bem confortável. Único ponto negativo é o barulho da rua, pois a janela sai na calçada. Pedi pra deixar a mala por uma hora depois do checkout e eles deixaram ficar no quarto mais uma hora e meia sem cobrar nada.

Nuestra estancia en Imerarooms (Roma, del 31 de abril al 3 de mayo) fue profundamente decepcionante. Reservamos este alojamiento porque en la web se indicaba que el check-in era posible desde las 9:30 a.m., algo esencial ya que llegábamos de madrugada. Sin embargo, la anfitriona fue confusa y poco clara: primero nos dijo que podríamos entrar a las 11:30, luego cambió de versión y nos hizo esperar hasta las 14:30 para acceder a la habitación. Una vez dentro, el estado de la habitación era lamentable: era muy pequeña, la cama incómoda, no había jabón ni gel, el lavabo se atascaba, no funcionaba el agua caliente y tuvimos un corte de luz durante horas. Además, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia (pelos, polvo, pelusas, hormigas...), y lo peor fue el olor a tabaco que impregnaba todo, incluyendo el armario y nuestra ropa. Pagamos 377,96 € por dos noches para dos personas por un alojamiento que no cumplía con lo prometido ni en servicios ni en condiciones mínimas de higiene. Nos sentimos engañadas y muy insatisfechas. Pedimos un reembolso por todos los inconvenientes sufridos.

La cantidad de gel que nos proporcionaron (no había jabón de manos ni champú ni ningún otro producto)

Piacevole sorpresa a buon prezzo

La camera molto pulita appena arrivati con asciugamani puliti,articoli da bagno gratuiti e stanza fresca. Reception non sempre presente ma affidano una totale autonomia agli soggiornanti. La posizione dell'affittacamere è perfetta, 7 minuti a piedi dalla metro Re Di Roma che collega tutta Roma in metro. Aria condizionata presente e ben funzionante. Camera nelle dimensioni piccola ma sufficiente per 2 persone. Unico difetto è che stando al piano terra si ha una finestrella chiusa che da sul marciapiede e mette magari un po d'ansia la notte al passaggio dei pedoni. Per il resto il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo e sono molto contento del soggiorno. Ci ritornerei
