Det er ikke morsomt at stå på gaden - Via Marsala 64 kl. 23.30 og ringe på klokken til hotel Viennese og intet sker i ca. 15 min. En elskværdig italiener bemærkede vor pinlige situation, og kom os til hjælp, foretog flere opringninger til hotellet, og først 10-15 senere får han forbindelse til en medarbejder på hotel Viennese - så langt så godt! - men så viser det sig, at indgangen til hotellet ligger i en anden gade rundt hjørnet - jeg husker ikke navnet! Ikke porfessionelt, når man anfører, at hotellet har reception 24/7

Ikke bo der, do not stay there, no viva allá

Lukter skikkelig mugg, dårlige senger, ødelagt toalett, dårlig service. Huele bastante a moho, camas incomodas, nada confortables, mal servicio. Smells a lot mold, bad beds, broken toilet, bad service.

A televisão não funcionou e tínhamos um grande incômodo, ao meu ver que era de ter que levar a chave junto, que na verdade era um molho com um grande chaveiro, e não somente uma chave mas 4 chaves. No Mais foi tudo como previsto

Pesimo servicio

No respetaron la reserva, al llegar, me enviaron a un hotel de mala muerte, me cobraron las tres noches de mi reserva, me trasladaron al hotel vienese el tercer dia, cuando llrgue a la recepcion me cobraron de nuevo la ultima noche, se hicieron los estupidos mevrobaron mi dinero y me expulsaron de forma grocera del hotel. Ni se les ocurra llegar ahi. Las fotos de la publicidad son un montaje.

Not a great area to stay!

No room service was offered, they did not tell us that room service would only be until 12pm. If you were not out of the room by noon then you had the same sheets and a dirty room, mind you we walked all day so with a family of 6 to get everyone up very early, showred, dressed and out before noon was impossible. Not fair to a customer who is on vacation. Also they dont mention that the hotel is in the middle of the worst, dirtiest, full.of crime city. Do not stay in this area with children, I almost had my child abducted! Rooms are very small it's a room with 5 beds in it all cramped, beds I guess in all Europe are pretty hard and uncomfortable.I do not recomend to stay here. Almost $500 dollars for 4 nights is not worth it here. I'd say pay a little extra and stay in a nice area. In this city if your from California, it's like staying in central of Downtown LA. Trash everywhere and many homeless asking for money. Very sad to see.

Lamentable experiencia! Solo remodelado...!

No me dieron recibo oficial...un papelucho!!! Pague 189,- por tres noches con impuesto . No tiene cortinas, por lo que debes tener las persianas cerradas... porque te ven desde otros hospedajes Pedí que me despertaron el día que debía partir para ir al aeropuerto... Se lo recordé a los cuatro empleados de distintos horarios...Y ME ASEGURARON QUE ASI SERÍA.).debí despertarlo yo... para devolverle las llaves...salió en camiseta. El desayuno se servía en un local vecino...el.ultimo día fui a las 6,30 ( hora de apertura, y me fui...a las 6,40. Aún estaba cerrado) No me cambiaron las toallas, y el último día apenas me estiraron la cama. Cuando me fui a duchar...saluda apenas un chorrito y cuando volví a la noche no había ni para enjuagarse las manos...terminaron de arreglar el problema a eso de las 22 hs Y me dieron dos toallas de mano. Porque no les quedaban toallones Lo único rescatable...la empleada part timé... Una estudiante de psicología. Si les interesa... escanee el "recibo" Bueno...uds. tienen la última palabra! El 28 voy al.hotel Spagna de Florencia... díganles que me traten como corresponde Buenas noches!

Struttura pessima! zona disagiata, sporca, pieno di criminalità, molto vicino alla stazione Termini. Il bagno è fuori dalla stanza, in un corridoio comune. Piccolissimo, sono alto 1.75 x 68 kg e ho fatto fatica anche a fare la doccia. La colazione è inclusa ma al bar a 60 metri di distanza. Pessimo. Non ci tornerei mai più.

scadente brutto

Camera strettissima, con cattivo odore permanente , doccia con la muffa sulle piastrelle,come kit bagno c'era solo una piccola saponetta ma non c'era neanche la carta igienica. Brutto.

appena arrivati ci hanno detto che non cerano posti e ci hanno mandato in un altro hotel terribile e non eravamo gli unici a cui e successo , cioè ci hanno fatto pagare come se soggiornassimo in quel hotel e ci hanno mandato in una camera improvvisata di un altro che penso non fosse ne anche un hotel, dove cerano due letti buttati li vicino a dei tavoli impilati per fare spazio al secondo letto..

Arrivate a destinazione, c hanno portato in un altro hotel. E già là, mi erano girate le bale. Un foglietto volante x la colazione nel bar li vicino. Doccia rotta, l acqua usciva dall alto. L acqua calda se esce dalla doccia, c'è la possibilità di usarla anche nel bidè. Lo sciacquone bisogna premerlo 5 volte se ti va bene. X lavarsi c era solo la saponetta. Il bagno era veramente sporco. Mai più

Mi sono recato all hotel prenotato mi hanno dirottato in un tugurio .lo devono solo chiudere,sporco,x il tempo altrimenti andavo all,usl.doccia rotta.sportelli rotti lenzuola sporchi,o riposato ssu una sedia con i piedi sull letto.io fatto la prenotazione con postapay,ho dovuto pagare in loco €36.00,perché?

Veramente per chi non ha pretese

Abbiamo prenotato la camera online notando il punteggio appena sufficiente ma la posizione e il prezzo hanno avuto la meglio sulla scelta. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Ma una volta arrivati abbiamo realizzato che lo stato della camera era davvero deludente: buchi nei muri, odore sgradevole, bagno minuscolo, muri e stato generale molto trasandati. Abbiamo deciso subito di cambiare struttura. È un alloggio che può andare bene solo a chi non ha davvero nessuna pretesa e si accontenta di tutto.

Scam

Do not book this "hotel". They will take you to another place in some sketchy alleyway. The rooms are filthy and there are no modern elevator. Do yourself a favor and find something else.

Nei limiti della struttura posta in un vecchio stabile e condivisa con altre, buona. Stanza pulita così come il bagno con cambio e ristorazione e oggi giorno più che sufficiente. Accoglienza e gentilezza da parte dei proprietari.
