It is a good hotel and extremely close to the train station. Good for getting the bus to sights. The staff are wonderful but the hotel needs a bit of updating especially with the shower.

En si la habitación estaba bien. Funcional para unos días en Roma. Un poco antiguo y viejo pero por el precio pagado no se le podía pedir mas. El problema fue que no hay recepción por las noches y alguien estuvo picando en el timbre de entrada sobre las 01:00-02:00 de la madrugada interrumpiendo el sueño. Fue una mala experiencia. Por lo demás, me guardaron la maleta gratuitamente antes y después de la estancia.

テルミニ駅近くて便利

ローマテルミニ駅からすぐの所にあり、探しやすかったです。夜のローマ付近はやはり雰囲気は良いとは言えませんでしたが、近くにクラブとかはないのか、静かでした。 到着が予定より遅くなってしまい、オーナーの方がホテルの前で待っていて、突然声を掛けられ驚きました。夜でしたし、イタリアは声を掛けられても無視すべきだと思っていたので怖くて1度は無視してしまいましたが、ホテルの方でした。とても感じの良い方でした。21:30以降はそこに滞在していないのか、困ったら電話して！というスタイルなので、電話が使えない方は少し困るかもしれません。 私はチェックアウトも早い時間という事を伝え忘れ、電話も使えないので、置き手紙をして去りました。 10月上旬に滞在して夜は寒かったですが、暖房も付き、毛布もあったので快適に過ごせました。 以下はHotels.comさんへの意見です。 当日に21:30を過ぎると追加料金が10€追加になる事がメールで知らされたので、事前に施設案内の所に表記すべきだと思いました。 ホテルのせいではないと思うので評価は下がりませんでした。

Struttura che per quello che si paga va bene, ero in stanza singola, attaccata all'uscita della stazione. Pulita e silenziosa bagno in comune ma cmq pulito, la riprenderei in caso di viaggio lavoro.

El personal muy lindo, la habitacion se encontrababen muy buen estado y limpia. Lo unico que podría decir que tenia como defecto era que la ducha no se sostenia por si sola pero la presion del agua era buena y salia agua caliente. La cama muy comoda y espaciosa, el hotel es lindo. Lo unico feo de las instalaciones era el ascensor que era muy viejo y no se veia tan confiable y ademas apestaba a orina, bastante desagradable pero es eso o subir 4 pisos y si venia con valijas no es de lo mas cómodo. De todas formas super recomendable el hotel, volveria y aconsejaria que vayan

Great location and value for the price

The property is amazingly centrally located, very clean and comfortable for a short stay. The house itself is old but spotlessly clean. The staff was so nice and flexible, even if we did not have a common language, the warmth and service mindset were amazing!

No WIFI

Receptionist is helpful and helped us to take luggage to the life when leaving. The bed was so comfortable and was the best part of the whole room. The toilet could not be flushed for 4 days during our 5 nights stay. The room can only be cleaned only if we left before 11am and no more cleaning service after that. The WIFI is not working and we have to use our own very limited data as the receptionist said that our room had the strongest linkage to the WIFI and could not change another room for us.

Hmmmmm

I have my doubts about the authenticity of the previous reviews. I should have went with my gut, if something seems to good to be true...it normally is. The last time I was in something like this Bulgaria in the 80s. Avoid at all costs.

Ottimo, bella sorpresa

Sinceramente è stata una bella sorpresa, avevo sbagliato a prenotare attivando il filtro con una camera tripla a una stella invece che una singola a tre stelle, devo dire che mi sono davvero ricreduto e mi sono trovato benissimo. Pur essendo a una sola stella la camera era meglio di tanti altri hotel a tre stelle in cui sono stato. Grazie

hotel accanto all'ingresso alla stazione, pulito e accogliente... è all'ultimo piano di un palazzo... all'impatto la scalinata di "mette un po' l'ansia". però camere pulite e accoglienti, bagno pulito doccia grande. per il prezzo va più che bene.

Hôtel bien entretenu, Ménage bien fait tous les jours, douche privative très propre. Seul bémol : la femme de ménage devrait penser à mettre des petites serviettes en guise de dessous de lit et de sorties de bain. Il a fallu que j'en demande pour en avoir Par ailleurs, personnel de réception très sympathique et très accueillant. Peut-être il serait mieux de penser à mettre quelque part en libre service un ordinateur pour les clients n'ayant pas de tablette ni d'ordinateur portable.

c est un hôtel qui se trouve au 4 ème étage d'un immeuble avec un vieux ascenseur mais qui fonctionne. La première nuit, il n y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre et la climatisation ne marchait pas on a dû me changer de chambre qui était plus spacieuse et plus confortable et l'eau chaude avec la climatisation fonctionnaient. Pour le petit déjeuner on a droit à un ticket qu on le présente au café en dessous de l'hôtel mais il n est pas copieux . Le personnel est très acceuillant et très serviable. La chambre manque de propreté

Horrível

Chegamos no hotel, vimos na hora, que ficava no 4 andar, subimos, tudo fechado, esperamos por 10 min, um senhor apareceu, pediu desculpas, recepcionou gentilmente, mas acho que éramos os únicos lá. Ele ficava no hotel das 9as24h, dps disso, tudo fica sem administrador. Ficamos com medo de até descer para a rua, que era também preocupante. Ele não tinha nada constando sobre o café da manhã, requisitei, pelo que me deu um papel autorizando comer na padaria ao lado. Limpeza a desejar. Nem ligamos o ar condicionador pois era velho demais. No dia seguinte, saímos e ninguém estava por lá, tudo abandonado, na padaria, um café com croissant.
