Warning for bedbugs!! On the first floor. I got about 500 dots on my body after just 3 hours. Then got another room!! Then we left the hotel without any refund! I will never go back!!

Unwelcoming environment, it did not feel clean or safe. Very strange protocols…we were asked to make payments without receipts, we had to leave our room key at the front desk before leaving etc. Convenient location but that’s about all there is to say positively.

Expedia should delist this property immediately. This is a scam and a trap. You will be placed in jail cell instead of a hotel room. Bugs will bite you. You will smoked under heat as your AC will not work. Trap is that, you are close to station so you get attracted and end up booking it. Do not book this place at all I will be reporting this to Rome health office too. I spent a night in hell as I have no other place to go.

The room has no sound insulation. Even though we were on the fourth floor, we could hear the garbage machines early in the morning and the cars go by. The pillows were hard. I’ve never seen a pillow like these pillows. My daughter complained her beds was on a slant. I checked, it was. My wife complained the beds were hard. The good thing about the hotel is that is a couple of minutes walk from the train station. 22 minutes walk to the colosseum and 2.5 miles to the Vatican. Food and shopping right around the hotel. Nicely located. It has the smallest elevator I have ever seen. There is a sign you can only load it with two people or one person and a bag. A bit scary if you asked me. The high ceilings make the fourth floor like an eighth floor, so take care walking up. Even being so high up, it was very noisy in the morning.

Old building and rooms, not properly restored. Our shower was dirty and broken, with parts held in place using tape. This hotel is not at street level (it is on the 2nd floor) and shares the building — and therefore the entrance — with neighbors. The front desk staff was absent most of the time, and we had to wait a long time outside on the street since the building door was locked. We will not stay here again.

The sound insulation was poor. The gentleman at the reception had long phone calls during the night, and everything sounded disturbingly in our room. Otherwise, the service was friendly. Our flight arrived in the morning, and we were able to leave our luggage in storage at the hotel.

Overall accommodation is in an easy commutable location, staff are very friendly and professional. Heating system not working and there are no door mats outside the toilets causing lot of inconvenience. Over all comfortable place with the price.

Estadia terrível em um hotel escondido e mal conservado. **Problemas graves:** - Banheiro **mofado e sujo** - **Ar-condicionado quebrado** (sem controle) - **Frigobar inútil** (não gelava) - **Barulho insuportável** (paredes finas, sons de outros hóspedes e micro-ondas bipeando à noite no corredor) **Único positivo:** Água quente no chuveiro. **Conclusão:** **Não vale nem 1 real!** Noite de sono ruim, falta de limpeza e zero conforto. **Evite a todo custo!**

Para pasar unos dias en Roma esta genial. Habra cientos de hoteles mejores,pero por precio el sweet home esta muy bien. Las habitaciones de 4 camas son enormes, el baño tambien. Es cierto que hay hormigas en el baño, pero para nosotros ver alguna caminar no supone problema. Volveria a este hotel sin dudarlo. Por cierto, enfrente hay un restaurante genial.que se llama eletra.
