Great location for visiting Rome by foot. Really close to all important touristic attractions and also close to the railway station Termini. Delicious breakfast, thank you Barbara! Things to improve: tv cable didn't work at all times and also the cleaning lady did not pass in 3 days to empty the garbage can.

Very dissappointed from our stay in 2023. This time, in room 103: fridge didn't function and full on water cooling out when opened door, window didn't open (they came and fixed it), sink in bathroom dind't evacuate water. Only good thing is the location which is perfect for walk and visit.

Hotel not like Pictures at all..,,,

The Hotel is in need of updates. The room (109) had dirty carpeting with stains. The A/C unit barely worked. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. The bed was adequate. If it wasn’t for the location we probably would’ve moved hotels. The staff was fine though was not able to accommodate us moving to another room. I would not stay there again should we be fortunate travel to Rome again.

When I first got there had a problem coming out of the room area as the elevator is not the same one to go to the lobby, you have to go to the next one and switch. Well there’s a door that you need to open with the key car. The door was stuck we could not get out went up nothing there , went back down and nothing there( found out after the big doors lead you to the street) I started to freak out , had to text our friends to come and get us out as we were at the point of panic. After the experience and screaming I wanted another room where all my other friends were , I was able to compose myself and the rest is history. Had a very nice stay. The staff and Andrea were very accommodating.
