Hotel was great. The staff was very kind to me as we waited a long time for hotels com to send the reservation.
This hotel is not as close as it says it is, it's actually at the last stop of the subway/ tube and still you need to get the bus 171 for about another 20min, on our first day here we got picked pocket on the subway then again on the bus!! We didn't realize that these are the lines that there's the most crime in... We got to the hotel, when they say it's a triple room, they mean they will fit a fold out cod bed, it's not actually a bed, our queen bed feels worst then the pull out, very uncomfortable. The whole hotel smells like public restroom at all tines. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
Hotel posizionato strategicamente per chi deve per lavoro o svago, transitare tra Roma ( quartieri EUR / Laurentino ) e la zona mare o la Pontina. Confortevole il giusto, l'Hotel necessiterebbe di un riammodernamento. Molto frequentato da turisti diretti su Roma, soprattutto cinesi, tanto che avvisi in bacheca, annunci e menù sono scritti anche in cinese. Personale cordiale alla reception, Parcheggio davanti l'Hotel, Colazione abbondante e varia, di discreta qualità . Non sperimentato il wi-fi, quindi non posso valutarne l'efficienza.
L'hotel è un 4 stelle ma datato. Finestre non insonorizzate ed essendo su una strada trafficata il confort in camera non è dei migliori. Pulito. Personale cortese. Diciamo che è un buon 3 stelle....
