This hotel would not refund our booking of three nights. We are in Canada and had planned a cruise and extra time in Italy for May. Covid pandemic of course made that trip impossible. Flights, cruise and hotels in Barcelona refunded our money. This hotel would not and have kept our money even though no international travel was allowed and will not be for a long time ahead. It was terrible service and Expedia gave us no assistance. We will not book through Expedia again nor at this hotel. Total disappointment.

We had lovely communication from Giulia and Claudia especially. Very hospitable from the moment we arrived offering to get us tickets to tourist attractions, restaurants and just overall peasantry daily. Our room was lovely!! Super big bed, spacious bathroom and great coffee machine😁 There's also a great restaurant 2 doors away that we went to on our first night, pasta was unreal!! The hotel is within walking distance to all the major attractions which was great! Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone X

Nice, clean, great location
Nice, well appointed hotel within walking distance to most of the major attractions including Vatican City and the Coliseum. Good value for the money, and staff is very friendly and helpful. We speak English (USA), and had no problems at all. Would definitely stay again!
