It was a very nice experience to rest in this hotel. All the attentions from the manager and from Zen made my stay very pleasant. Highly recommended! I will repeat it in the future.

Es una propiedad contactless. No es el típico hotel, no hay recepción, pero funciona muy bien. Es importante solicitar el código de acceso a la propiedad antes de llegar a Roma. Pero en general son muy amables, limpias y muy bien ubicadas las habitaciones. No necesitas más. Parece que estás en una casa! Otra experiencia, pero muy buena!

Flott opphold

Enkelt, flott rom med alt man trenger. For meg er det viktigste at det gir en ren og gjennomført følelse, noe det absolutt gjorde. I tillegg var beliggenheten helt fantastisk, med nærhet til alle de severdighetene man ønsker å stikke innom. Fint strøk med flotte restauranter, lunsjsteder og andre nødvendigheter slik som apotek mm.

Perfekt ophold i centrum af Rom

Perfekt rent og super smukt værelse. Placeringen var perfekt - gå afstand til alt i Rom. Super gode restauranter. Vi har ikke en dårlig ting at sige. Kan varmt anbefaledes. Det var ikke er problem, at tjekke sent ind eller der ingen reception var. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

we all know when we book hotels that some are non refundable and i understand that and in passed lost money, BUT if it is totally out of your control that you can't fly to Rome because they are on strike in Barcelona to get to Rome. Some hotels are re understandable as we did received our money back but this hotel is not even considering any compensation. I travel for work most of they year and I will never book this hotel or chain it belongs to. I will not take a no for an answer and will try other avenues to let this hotel know that its not right to keep money with no servers given. .

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo hotel e mi sono trovata bene. La camera è carina e pulita e dotata di un condizionatore . Nel bagno troverete un kit di cortesia compreso di spazzolino, che raramente ho trovato in altre strutture e un ottimo asciugacapelli. Wifi ottimo. Da sapere che in questa struttura non c'è una reception e il check in viene effettuato in modo virtuale tramite un televisore collegato alla reception di un altro hotel, appena arrivati basta chiamarli e loro spiegano le procedure da fare

Ideal location at huge discount

Squeaky clean place, lovely white marble throughout, and, the most important part: the location is 20 mins walking from 8-10 major Rome landmarks from Sistine Chapel to the Pantheon or Vatican City. Please try the new-style pizza at Malaterra down the block: Mamma Mia! 🤗

Reception virtuelle comme indiqué mais le receptionniste ne parle pas du tout francais. Il faut avoir un minimum de connaissance en anglais car il y a des formalité d arrivée. Accès mal indiqué. Propreté correcte hormis des odeurs de canalisation. Tres bien localisé, bouche de metro au bout de la rue , et le centre ville pas très loin.

Bra läge, hård säng.

Lite kluvet intryck, hotellet ligger fantastiskt och fungerade överlag bra. Ingen skylt på utsidan utan bara en 2x4 cm namnskylt vid ringklockan. Litet rum och hård säng, men allt som behövdes fanns. Incheckning via skärm fungerade bra och personalen verkade serviceminded.
