Wonderful hotel, great location

I had not been to Rome before and traveling alone, this was wonderful from the moment I walked in, the manager Rocco was very helpful and friendly. Excellent location walking to all the treasures including the Vatican, Spanish Step, Pantheon and Collegium.,

A boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff . Breakfast is by arrangement with the restaurant below in the Piazza. Very easy access to the main attractions of Rome and lots of nearby pretty side streets with bespoke shops and reasonably priced restaurants.

Hotel was great! I did get the bigger room which was nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is only like 7 rooms to this hotel. So it’s more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. Very central location. Patheon was about 7 min walk. Area is very clean and safe. Would stay again

FANTASTIC STAY!!!

Had a fantastic stay and hotel la place Roma the secure was exceptional and I cannot wait to come back next time I am in Rome. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating making things special and a surprise for my partners birthday trip including waiting for us to arrive and welcome us at 3am after our flight was very delayed. The food was excellent and the small courtyard in the hotel is really a lovely space for drinks and resting. The cafe downstairs is really nice and provides a great breakfast or lunch or gelato . The location is excellent we were able to walk to most major sights within 5-20 minutes. Cannot recommend this hotel and the team enough!

Hotel was in the perfect spot! 10 mins from the train station by taxi. Walking distance to the Spanish steps, Trevi and Pantheon. Just remember the street Via Del Corso if you are ever lost and it’ll bring you back to your piazza or continue following it to the Colosseo. Staff was wonderful. If you’re travelling around Rome you only need a place to sleep and shower (2x a day if it’s super hot) and the hotel was just what we needed. There’s a mini super market around the corner called PAM if you want to grab drinks or wine (or even panini) to go that we found super convenient as well!

I feel somewhat reluctant to leave this review as this is a place I really want to keep to myself, however that would be unfair to this fabulous little boutique hotel & its wonderful staff. My wife & I were last in Rome in 2017 and fell in love with the Piazza in which La Place is situated. When the time came to return to Rome this April I looked in the same Piazza as my starting point and found this hotel & am glad I did. The hotel is quite anonymous (unless you look up to the first floor windows). To enter you go into one of those secret large double doorways you see all over Rome and that leads to a set of marble steps up to the hotel on the first floor which all had its own charm. The reception was modern, relaxing and inviting, the staff there ever present and helpful. We had Room 1, again modern, well equipped, clean, large comfortable bed, lights & curtains all controlled from a wall mounted terminal ( light switches around the room of course). We had a balcony view looking down onto the Piazza. My only very minor gripe was that as modern and well appointed as it was the bathroom had a fabulous waterfall shower, but over a bath. I could immediately forgive that as I guess the owners had to struggle over different expectations from the multinational guests they are attracting. 5 mins walk from Spanish Steps, Pantheon & Trevi Fountain All in all when we go to Rome again this is where we will stay beyond doubt. I hope you do too, just keep it between you & I thought eh.

Hotel only one floor and they have only one small elevator and no concierge in this hotel when you come by car you cannot stop near the hotel must be your stop far like 100 or 200 m after that you take all your luggage from the car to hotel I think this not hotel this only pension because only one floor

This is a special property, an incredible gem in the heart of everything - walkable to all the major Rome attractions and shopping. The restaurant outside the hotel is phenomenal - not only were the breakfasts wonderful but the food all day long is some of the best we had in Rome. As if that all weren't enough to make this our favorite place to stay, the staff working here went above and beyond to make our visit everything we could have hoped for - they are extraordinary and this little luxury boutique hotel exeeds all expectations. We didn't want to leave!

Everything was great here definitely difficult to find at first which was in the second floor. I had to figure out this puzzle of a place. The only thing is that the room was smaller than expected. It had a modern touch and everything was updated. If I was to book at this hotel again I would opt for a bigger room.

Hotel LA Place in Rome was absolutely delightful! The modern and sleek atmosphere gave it a boutique hotel feel, which we loved. The service was exceptional, and our room exceeded our expectations. They even accommodated our request for a fragrance-free room, which was fantastic. The rooms were equipped with technology to improve our stay. However, it is worth mentioning that finding the hotel can be slightly challenging, as only the awnings display the name. Moreover, while an elevator is available, obtaining the access code requires checking in first. All in all, it was an outstanding experience! We had an amazing time during our stay, and the location couldn't have been better. I highly recommend Hotel LA Place for an enjoyable and memorable time in Rome.
