The location is unbeatable, a stones throw from Rome Termini train/Metro station, so getting to and from the airport, or anywhere else, is very easy. Hotel is super clean, rooms are quiet and safe, staff is extremely helpful. I did not stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

The hotel’s location is very convenient for those using trains and Rome Airport to get in and out of Rome. Otherwise, the hotel is not good value in its current condition and state of maintenance.

The hotel is conveniently located near Roma Termini, which is ideal if you arrive late or need a place to stay. As expected for the area, it can be quite busy. Although the building is old, it is well managed, and the staff at the reception are very accommodating and allow you to leave your luggage safely. I’m quite particular about bathrooms. The bathroom was small but clean. There was a slight smell at times, possibly from the drain or the water, as mentioned in some previous reviews.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the room exceeded all my expectations – it looked even better than in the photos. I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean too ! We were even able to check in earlier, as the room was ready two hours before the official check-in time, which was such a nice touch. A wonderful experience from start to finish – I highly recommend it!

Great location, very close from the train station so we were able to come back for a quick rest throughout the day, which was perfect. It’s on the quieter side of the station so we were able to enjoy local cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

Happy travels

Lovely staff, very helpful. Basic respect room but very clean and it’s got what you need. Not luxurious but if you need somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep as your out all day, this is it. Great location for transport too.

I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful little hotel right near the terminus in Rome! This location is just perfect, especially for someone who needs to get back-and-forth to the airport. The staff here, Tina in particular, has been absolutely extraordinarily helpful. I initially booked this hotel for three nights and then decided to stay longer in Rome… And Tina was SO wonderfully helpful in arranging things and rooms so that I could do that. GRAZIE MILLE a Tina e a tutti!
