When we arrived they were busy with the airconditioning. We arrived earlier than check-in time. They gave us the keys and when we arrived back the room was cleaned and looked nice. The new airconditioning was working very well and we needed it. The breakfast was simple but fine. With the bus you can get to many places. The owner is very attentive. When I gave him some feedback about some things that could be better, he immediately apologized and took care of our transportation to the airport for free, since we were leaving that same day.

Not a good experience

When we arrived and were to check in, we were given a horrible small room, with broken furniture. We paid for a double deluxe room. When we complained, we were given the correct room, but the emplyee were very rude! We ran into a few issues with our room during our stay. The drain in the shower didnt work, and when our neighbor showered, water would come out from the wall under our bed. The rooms are extremely noisy and you Can hear everything everybody does in the building. Overall it was not a good experience staying there, and even for the cheap price i would never reccomend staying there if u want to sleep in a decent bed and have just few moments of peace. If you do stay there tho, the food in the area is amazing, and transport from there is really easy.

Stayed a couple of nights at this property and We loved it! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The AC was super cold (thankfully because it was HOT) Located in a residential building, its little hard finding the place but it is located in the same building as La Vele restaurant, second floor reception is right in front of the elevator. Would def stay here again!

Good stay

Stay was basicly nice Hotel is in an average area of Roma, but directly linked to city center by us. So easy to visit Roma from there. Appartment was quite nice, renewed recently i guess. Bathroom was very big which was nice to manage children. Welcome was very nice and very helpfull. 2 negatives point which needs to be improved : 1_climate contol was here but i think its power was too low, then température was a bit too much in the appartement. 2_breakfast, which was the main issue for us. Due to Covid, we are headind to a cafe close to the appartement to take the breakfast. But breakfast is not really a breakfast, only onecafe and one pastrie.also nothing to drink for children which does not drink coffee. You need to pay additinaly. I think it is better to remove breakfast of the service to avoid customer to be desapointed on that. Thanks for the stay and for your welcoming

UNA GRATA EXPERIENCIA. UN MEJOR RECUERDO-

Buena. Quienes atienden, ponen la mejor voluntad en solucionar cualquier planteamiento. A un km,más menos, del Vaticano. Restoranes cerca. Transporte a 100 mts para los puntos de interés. Hay que pedir con terraza. Por el precio: bien. Es un B y B.- Estuve en Atenas, Roma y París. Me quedo con Roma. La Fontana de Trevi. Volvería. José Melgar Larrosa.

Living like a local!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Heart of Rome B&B. Tucked in a residential building and accessible to public transportation, we were greeted by a building employee who directed us upstairs to the office. Cristiano was a super host checking us in. He showed us the general layout of the lodging, instructed us on using the elevator, local sites and transportation options. You are lodging amongst locals so you get a really good feel in a short time of how local residents live in Rome. Simple accommodations which were super clean and new. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. They were even very helpful in arranging early morning transportation to the airport. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice place. Near the Vatican and metro areas. Breakfast can improve by a different menu everyday. Air conditioning was not so cold must improve. But capuccinos of Help desk clerk very good in the morning hours.

Péssima experiência

Vou tentar resumir nossa terrível experiência neste pequeno espaço: Chegamos na primeira noite e tivemos que dormir num outro quarto, pois falaram que havia um problema na habitação principal, um descômodo pra quem chega 23hrs. Foi dado um “vale café” para tomarmos café na padaria, com direito a apenas a 1 croissant cada, com direito a pombas sobre a mesa. No dia seguinte fomos pra habitação principal, com muitos barulhos de água e vazamentos no chuveiro (o chuveiro molhava mais pra fora que pra baixo) e ralo que não da vazão a água, reclamamos, porém nada foi feito. No ùltimo dia, fui pegar o carro alugado e na ocasião passou um pouco do horário, o porteiro nos expulsou da portaria do prédio e não consegui ficaria recepção do start of rome, resumido: péssima experiência, start of rome e Roma não recomendo, infelizmente não tem o menor respeito pelo turista.

Only stay here if you want your stuff stolen!

Terrible! Would not recommend this hotel and its sister hotels to anyone. Seems like one big scam to steal from clients when they have the chance. The hotel offered to keep our bags for us when we were leaving for other cities in Rome. We didn't mind because they were charming and helpful. Perhaps we were a little naive but when we came back they had stolen one whole bag from us. The guy at the reception was helpful and wrote a letter claiming they will pay us back but after we left completely went quiet. We suspect they must have been in on the theft and there's a systematic plot to steal from their clients

Amazing staff

all was good it was a good service good room with balcony and a good breakfast it was ok for the pris all the things was good but bed was just a littel hard to sleep it wasnt comfortable i recommend to change the beds in the hotel the location was perfect near the bus stops near mc donalds by the way i liked it and it was really good for pris
