This the most gorgeous Hotel in Rome, at the very top of the Spanish steps. The staff is amazing, super excellent service, the rooftop patio has the best view in Rome.

We have been coming to this hotel for many years, and we absolutely love the service and the staff. However, this time the room was very dirty. There was visible dust and dirty carpet. We have brought it to the attention of the front desk and hope they deep clean the rooms.

スペイン階段の真上という素晴らしい立地で、テラスからはローマ市内を一望でき、最高の環境でした。ホテルスタッフも気さくでよかったです。ただ一つ、空港までのタクシーを頼んだのが、ロビーのスタッフに伝わっておらず、一から手配することになったのが残念でした。

It’s a nice property and a great location. Room clean and nice but needs some improvements particularly technology. They significantly mischarged me for a car they booked which I caught and took a while but they corrected. This is hotel that charges top dollar but is stingy with water in room looking to get you for a few extra dollars
