Good location and comfortable room. Check in was a bit of a pain and quite unorganised as they were late coming back with keys but once we were in it was a good experience

I had specifically asked abt Wi-Fi service and especially air conditioning. The property confirmed both yet the WiFi service was extremely poor, and while the unit was equipped with air conditioner, the temperature in the unit never dropped below 31 degrees C (85+ F).

Nice location, nice room but……

The location is close to the Termini train station where you can connect directly to Fiumicino airport. Perfect. At the same time it is in comfortable walking distance from Trevi and the many nice restaurants that is around the Trevi Fountain. Our room was directly to the main street and the windows are not noise cancelling in any way. So be prepared for a lot of noise 24/7. The house itself makes noises so you really must be a city person to deal with it. The room was nice, bathroom very nice too and beds are comfortable. It is a little tricky to find the place and get in and out of the building but it provides some security in itself. It is definately not the cheapest place to stay and you will be charged 28 € extra for cleaning. However there was no cleaning at all in the 4 days we stayed there. Towels got used a lot when we walked 8-15 km every day in the sun, and when we saw a cleaning person doing another room we asked for fresh towels which was denied in an unpleasent way. Botton line : Good location, no service a lot of noise and a nice room. In total it seemed a little pricy…
