Nice welcoming, good location

Muna met us at the airport and was very helpful with check-in. Good location if you are in Rome for a day or to, visiting the most famous spots i central Rome. Short walk from Roma Termini, perfect when travelling by train.

Although it is not located in the most exciting or clean area of Rome, it is quite near many metro, bus, and tram stations as well as the main train station, making it very easy to get to the exciting parts of the city. The room was spacious and clean and the air condition was a huge plus. The only downside is that because there is a shared kitchen/dining space for all of the guests, it got quite noisy with other families being loud in the kitchen.

Lovely shared apartament.. great location near a park, restaurants in front of the location with great food and a variety of choices. Walkable distance for the important attractions in Rome. And also close to trimini stations. Highly recommended. Maria also is a top owner of an Airbnb. Polite,,friendly, discreet and transparent in businesses. Highly recommended

Very very disappointing. I had no hot water power for the first 24 hours. I couldn’t wash or charge my phone after a long journey. Even when the power returned, I continued to have no hot water for the rest of my stay. I complained numerous times but was just told ‘it can’t be helped’. I had to shower and wash my hair in cold water but when I reported this, nobody even replied to my message. I thought that booking through Expedia gave me some amount of assurance but it is not within their power to grant a refund. The property were determined not to recompense me at all for this inconvenience which says a lot about her customer service skills. I would recommend that you AVOID this property at all costs because they do not care if you encounter a problem (& you will…!).

Nice place if you’re looking for a hostel/BNB experience for one person. The walls are extremely thin so you’ll hear everything from the other tenants and surrounding spaces. I had the unpleasant experience of being here with a very loud group that felt the need to scream karaoke at 3am.

The room was spotless and in great condition. Very quiet. Staff was there every morning, provided a small breakfast for us if desired. 15 minute walk to Colosseum.

Clean and convenient

Nice and clean room, great location for Termini station but still very quiet. Personal service with friendly staff available on WhatsApp. Even though we didn’t meet anyone, the communication was great and instructions easy to follow. Nice touch to be sent recommendations for nearby restaurants and gelato places. Worth noting that there is no luggage storage facility after checkout, but that didn’t affect us. Would definitely stay here again, great value for money.

It was too difficult for seniors to get in and out of the property. It was so hard for us because the elevator does not stop by our door, we had to take 7-8 steps down then another 4-5 steps up to go to the room.

Pros: Location 10-15 minute walk to Central Train Station and 10-15 minute walk to Colosseum and surrounding sites. The room was cute and had a comfortable bed with extra blankets. The host was fantastic and very accommodating. Allowed us to check in early which was a huge kudo. Cons: The room was a bit small, but good enough for 2 people. Bathroom was tiny. There was a full kitchen as a common area with 2 other rooms but did not use it. Overall good stay and fit what was needed for the time!!!

The rooms were adequate but we only cared about sleeping and showering as we were always out. The property itself is old and is not maintained very well. The bathroom door doesn't lock and one of the windows is broken and always open which means air conditioning is useless in that room. The property is also like a tin can because we could hear our noisy neighbours all night. Although that was taken care of after a couple of complaints. However, to be fair, Mona our host was extremely generous and her suggestions made a world of difference in our trip. She even took us out one day to a marvelous site and stayed to drive us back. The rest of the staff were also very helpful. Without Mona, this would have been a very bad choice, but she made it all worth it. We had a great time in Rome. Ciao!

A cozinha estava equipada, a funcionária Hyhana é uma excelente profissional e muito atenciosa. O que deixou a desejar foi o acesso. Tivemos problema com a senha, onde tentamos contato com a anfitriã, mas tivemos que esperar algum outro morador entrar para poder ter acesso ao apartamento. Extremamente deselegante e sem segurança. Fora que estava sem água quente, que é primordial para o banho, devido clima.
