The property was comfortable, well-located, and clean; and the member of the staff we met was friendly and helpful. However, there was something that heavily impacted our experience, which is that there was no hot water in the shower (at least not enough for more than one person). Other than that, the place was ok.

Great place for a short getaway to rome

Our stay was great. We had 4 adults to fit in and Furio Camillo did a great jog. The owner was very polite and helpful (everything from showing us around the property to giving advice on how to protect ourselves from Rome's many pickpockets). All in all, a great deal for your money!

Clean place but no elevator

Very clean place to stay in... good value for money... there is a problem that there was no elevator and it’s not reasonable that we had to carry the baby stroller every single time going in or out!!!

The listing says this place is a 5 minute drive from the Colosseum and other popular attractions. This is not accurate and was quite disappointing to find out we were about a half hour away from these. Fastest route is by car~22 minutes. The room was clean, the host was friendly and helpful. Hard to find parking.

Stayed there a few days. Good convenient location to the Metro. Takes about 15 minutes to get to city center. However, is very basic in terms of facilities for a Bed and Breakfast. There is no front desk, so hard to get anything without contacting the owner by phone. They clean the room only when requested, which again if you are unable to see the owner is difficult to do. There is no kitchen but there is a refrigerator that does not work. Would have been good to provide atleast a small microwave to warm up some food if you have to eat something late at night or early morning when most places are closed. The bathroom shower is very very cramped and the hot water comes in spurts which can be quite uncomfortable on cold mornings. Overall ok, but would not say a very good value for the money.

Breve soggiorno per lavoro

Stanza in una palazzina anonima, scelta perché vicina alla stazione Tuscolana da cui si prende facilmente il treno per Fiumicino. Pulita ed essenziale. Bagno esterno alla stanza ma non è stato un problema. Sono arrivata alle 19 quindi ho semplicemente dormito senza usufruire oltre della stanza. Per esigenze di appoggio momentaneo va più che bene.

Located near a subway station. The immediate area doesn’t have sights nearby, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This a real residential area, not near the tourist sights. A good value for the money.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile, stanza spaziosa e pulita. La posizione dell' alloggio rispetto ai mezzi è comoda. Il posto è tranquillo e c'è tutto il necessario se non si hanno grandi pretese. Rapporto prezzo/qualità buono. Siamo stati solo una notte ma sicuramente la valuteremo per futuri soggiorni anche più lunghi.
