Personnel was very very nice and helpful but there was no shuttle service available at 7 AM and there were ants in the bathroom. It was fine for a few hour stay before our flight.

Overall the front desk was super nice and very communicative via Whatsapp. The fridge seemed to have issues so had so have someone come look at it. The water pressure sucked and a lot of food places around were closed :/ room was poor, staff were great and very helpful

In the midle of nowhere

We were looking for an economic solution for lodging in Rome, for a one day visit. It was not the best solution since we hade to add a MINIMUM of 40 Euros to the base price of the room (a 56% increase on the rate) for transportation from and to the airport. To this amount we had to add an other 20 Euros for a bus to Rome city center. Five Euros per trip per person.

It was good for only one night. We have some issues with our room. The bathroom door locked and we had to get someone to open it. The shower head was broken, we had to hold it to take a bath.

Almost no water to take a shower, the faucet was broken . Mini fridge didn't work. We couldn't lock the room door and the lady at the reception just told us "close it harder" but it didn't work anyway... We spent the night with the door unlocked. Awful.

One problem: when I checked in I made and paid for for an Airport transfer for 6:15am as I had an 8:15 flight. I waited till 6:30 and no show so I called a taxi from the front desk and it was there in 4 minutes and took us to the Airpot where I paid him the 25 EUR 3 EUR tip. I have e-mailed the Hotel asking them to credit my card with the amount I paid when I check in but no word from the manager. Please see if you can help me. Thanks. Nelson
