The property is very close to many historical sites, tram, Metro and bus lines. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The owner is easy to contact by WhatsApp and was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Feliz in Roma. Host was very attentive and responded promptly. We enjoyed the proximity to the Colosseum and other sites nearby. Located on a quiet street with air conditioning and great security made us feel quite comfortable.

We stayed here for 3 nights. This place is only 10 to 15 minute walking distance to Colosseum and Metro Train and close to restaurants and convenient stores. This place was very clean and everything worked well including air conditioning and fridge. I would definitely come back to this place if I visit Rome again.

This property is the perfect location for Rome. It is just about a 10 walk to the collusseum, which you can see from the property. We stayed in apartment 2, which was delightful. The only downside was the continental breakfast which fed about one person, not 4. Coffee was delicious.

We loved this place! Very close to the colosseum, wonderful restaurants, food markets, and other attractions. We even met the owner's mother, who was so sweet. The owner was very communicative from the beginning and we felt very comfortable there the whole time. The little shared kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We even met some very nice folks also staying in the apartments in the building. Thank you so much for a lovely time!

We stayed in a room with a shared hallway and kitchen. It was a short walk to the main attractions. Highlight: close to stores and coffee shops. If you peak through the window you can catch a glimpse of the Colosseum on the left side. The room was clean, and it was easy to communicate with staff via WhatsApp. Air conditioning worked well, and was a life saver during the midday heat. Recommendation: Spaziottocento is a nice very close and local place to grab a bite, coffee and some delicious pastries. Overall, would recommend staying here.

Had a great experience at Feliz in Roma. Our family was welcomed by Federico and Cassie who were lovely - they clearly take a lot of pride in their B&B as it is well maintained and extremely clean. The suite we rented was nice, comfortable and spacious. The area around was lovely as well - very close to the Colosseum and San Giovanni in Laterano in a very walkable area. There were two other parties staying in the B&B at the same time, but everyone was respectful and quiet, particularly in the mornings and evenings. We would recommend Feliz in Roma and look forward to staying here again in the future!

We absolutely loved the location! To walk out to the street and have a view of the Colosseum never got old for us. Several convenience stores and caffe’s within blocks and even a couple restaurants we would return to. The host was very nice and always helpful. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star review was that the cleanliness could use a little boost. There was trash under the bed. The shower needs to be snaked, as it backed up during our showers and appeared to need a little deeper cleaning. It also bothered us that it’s listed as a B&B but the snacks on the counter are for an additional fee. I wouldn’t let it stop me from staying here again because everything else was lovely. 4.5 overall.

Highly recommend - nice rennovated room, great location near near the colosseum - breakfast as described by others which is sufficient to have a coffee in the morning. I would stay here again.
