Gute Unterkunft wenn man die Rahmenbedingungen ken

Sehr schönes altes Stadthaus im Stadtteil Prati. Ca. 18 Minuten zu Fuß zu Vatikan und Engelsburg mit METRO Stationen in der Nähe. Restaurants und Cafés ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Schöne große ruhige modern eingerichtete Suite mit großer Terrasse. Das Frühstück bestand aus Vouchern für einen Kaffee und einem süßen Teilchen in einem benachbarten Café. Sehr lecker. WLAN war leider im hinteren Zimmer 3 Piazza Navona nicht existent, konnte auch nicht hergestellt werden. Ebenso gab es bei uns auch auf Nachfrage keine Zimmerreinigung. Dadurch dass die Rezeption morgens und abends wenn wir im Guesthouse waren nicht besetzt war, lief die Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Das ist dann auch das Problem mit dem Safe. Da niemand anwesend war hatten wir keine Chance etwas an der Rezeption einschließen zu lassen. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Unterkunft mit ein paar kleinen Schwächen in einer super schönen Stadt.

체크인과정과 객실청소 개선이 필요한 곳

체크인이 오후 9시이후인 경우 별도 연락을 하라고 안내되어 있어 오후 7시경 도착예정인 우린 따로 연락하지 않고 그날 오후 4~6시까지 계속 숙소에 전화를 했지만 아무도 전화를 받지 않아 체크인 절차 안내를 받지 못한 채로 숙소에 도착했다. 도착해서 숙소 입구 문이 닫혀 다른사람이 문을 열고 들어갈 때 까지 한참을 기다린 후 들어가 우왕좌왕끝에 여러곳이 같이 사용하는 건물 1층 우편함에 방 열쇠가 있는 것을 발견하고는 숙소에 겨우 들어 갈 수 있었음. 3일 숙박이었는데 호스트는 한번도 만나보지 못하고 숙소사용에 대한 어떤 안내도 받지 못함. 또한 객실 청소나 타월을 갈아주지 않아 별도로 쪽지에 남겨 요청했더니 원래 청소를 별도로 해주지 않는다며 우린 특별요청에 의해 해준다고 1번 타월을 교체 받았음. 호텔 안내문에는 매일 청소한다고 언급되어 있어 장기 투숙객은 매우 당황 할 수 있으므로 호텔사용에 관한 내용 수정이 필요하며 체크인과정에 대한 상세 설명 안내도 필요함.

Horrible service

When I arrived in Rome, I was ill and just out of the hospital. The hotel was locked and nobody was around so I called the number to find out what was going on. The staff of the hotel was very rude to me and claimed she didn't have any reservation in my name--which I would later discover to be false. When she arrived at the hotel (after I had been waiting for sooo long), she was UNAPOLOGETIC and after I told her I was ill and had been waiting outside for ages, she said "my personal life was none of her business" she also called me crazy while on the phone with hotels.com and said that the hotel was too expensive for me to afford anyway and the prices on the hotels.com website were under-quoted and that's the only reason someone like me could ever stay there. With all the verbal abuse, I still had to stay here because I had nowhere else to go. Literally DO NOT BOOK HERE. You will regret it so much. Worst experience of my life. The room itself is ok barring the fact that it did not have functioning WiFi. Literally such an awful experience. Don't be fooled by the rating, the customer service here is TRASH! DO NOT. PLEASE DO NOT!!!

Fabulous Stay in Rome!

Its very clean and modern! Elevator, Central AC, Lunch room and daily room service. Ate breakfast at Compagna De Pane and loved their sandwiches and pastries. Avoid Bancomat ATM, use ATM part of bank-there is one on Via Ghulia De Cesare 2 blocks away from FM Guesthouse. Selfi Grocery Store is on Fabio M. past Compagna, and if u keep walking on same side u will see the most gorgeous gelato store. Ask owner Ghulia(Julia) where to shop leather bags at good prices its short walk from Otavio Metro stop.

Camera bellissima, pulita e silenziosa. Bagno da hotel a 5 stelle, doccia grande. Gentilissima la signorina che, nonostante ciò che c’è scritto su hotels.com, non ha fatto nessun problema per il check-in tardivo. Superbe hôtel à deux pas du Vatican

Très belle chambre (piazza di spagna) avec petite terrasse très appréciable. Chambre très propre, bien décorée, avec un téléviseur connecté (accès à Netflix si on est abonné etc..), un climatiseur de très bonne qualité, lit grand et très confortable, très belle salle de bain. Accès à une cuisine commune en dehors des chambres avec tous les accessoires dont on aurait besoin (tire bouchons, vaisselle etc), machine à café Nespresso dans la chambre très appréciée le matin. Le seul bémol est l'accueil qui n'est pas fait en personne. Heureusement que je parle anglais, que j'ai pu rentrer dans l'immeuble et appeler un numéro sur la porte au deuxième étage, sinon j'aurais mis la journée à trouver ma clé. La patronne m'avait laissé une enveloppe à mon nom dans une boite aux lettres. Il faut pouvoir le deviner... Prévoyez donc un telephone pour pouvoir appeler la patronne, ou vous trouverez porte close. Il faut donc rentrer dans l'immeuble au n 88 de la rue Fabio Massimo pour accéder à l'hôtel et se rendre au 2ème étage (et avant ça récupérer votre clé dans une enveloppe à votre nom dans la boite au lettre au nom Fabio Massimo Ghest House). Notez bien le code d'entrée de l'immeuble inscrit derrière la porte d'entrée du 2eme étage, sinon vous serez bloqué le soir (la porte de l'immeuble est fermée le soir). Nous n'avons pas vu la gérante du séjour, seulement la femme de chambre. Si ce n'est ce détail de l'accueil, excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Small guesthouse in a great part of the city.

We'd travelled through Italy using Airbnb with Rome our last stop. So we choose here , so I was a bit concerned when it had no one to greet us and check us in. I rechecked my emails to find another number and eventually got the instructions to get into our room. This small guest house is perfect for a short stay the rooms are fab and very spacious. My only criticism is the air-conditioning it just doesn't get the room cool. Great location near to the metro ,shops and restaurants.

Bellissimo alloggio in ottimo contesto. Il palazzo è in zona Prati comodo alla Metro A fermata Ottaviano. Prima verblijf. Het is echter geen hotel, er zijn 6 kamers op een etage. Prima kamer. Modern en netjes. Wifi is aanwezig, maar geen stabiele verbinding. Douche duurt erg lang voor het op temperatuur is. Locatie is prima. Vanuit hier alles lopend te doen. Metro is dichtbij. Winkel ligt in de straat. Koelkast is aanwezig voor gezamenlijk gebruik.

Beautiful and spacious room & value for money.

Extremely value for money. The room is modern, new and spacious. The guest house was situated close to the city and a short walk from the city's metro/bus stops. Security is decent as accessing the room requires a key to the building, unit, and then finally the room.
