The staff was not helpful with room safe and did not resolve the issue. On day 2 of our 3 day stay, we had to endure the strong smell of dead rodent. The staff were called and acknowledged the odor but only offered that we open the window and gave us air freshener. We were not offered a room change or comp for our inconvenience. do not and will not recommend!

One of the worst hotels iv ever stayed at. Checkin was a disaster, the 2 guys behind the counter were having an argument for the 15+ mins it took to check us in. One of whom told us later that the other one always messed things up, seriously unprofessional. We had no room key for first 24 hours, had to get the lend of the janitors key. The air con unit in our room was horribly loud, i mean deafening! We aksed for someone to come look, they said it would take 4 days to get someone in. This meant we had terrible nights sleep for the 3 nights. We were out late on friday night, when we got back, the front door wouldnt open, had to call the night desk, woke him up to let us in. There was no hot water one of the evenings meaning cold showers. On plus side, the beds were comfortable and the place was kept pretty clean and the location is good. Never

The good: The hotel is in a great location. Easy to access transportation, felt safe, and there were a number of restaurants and small stores around. The staff was very kind. The room was very clean - although the floors accumulated dust very quickly. It also had good AC, which we appreciated. The mid: We had our son with us, and had booked this hotel through this site. Apparently there was an extra charge for a child, and they insisted on charging us for it. I'm not complaining persay, but he required nothing more than the room already provided. It was an $80 charge for 2 nights, which seemed a lot. They also decided to do work on the room opposite of us quite early in the morning. It was overly loud. The bad/the odd - The hotel is in a building with other businesses - which is fine. The check-in says it is on one floor, but it is entirely on another. Our room was on the 5th floor, so 6 floors up. The elevator was small, and slow, and definitely didn't look up to code. Often the door didn't close or open on us. This is not a handicap accessible property. The website claims to serve breakfast from 7-10am in the room. This is untrue, and there is not breakfast available at all. We received a rather threatening email and a call a few days before saying our card was declined and our reservation would be canceled. We were on a cruise ship, and could not connect. Thanks to expedia they fixed this quickly for us. We also were to pay on arrival, so why pre-charge?!

Rigtig god seng, lille værelse. God størrelse badeværelse med bidet og brusekabine. Dejligt sengetøj og håndklæder. Venlig reception. Der lugtede tit meget af røg i værelset, tænker det kom fra ventilationssystemet, vi ryger ikke selv. Elevatoren ville heldigvis gerne køre op til 5. Sal, men ikke ned en eneste gang på 6 dage.

Tres bon hôtel au cœur de Rome

Tres bon hôtel! Idéalement situé nous avons pu effectuer toutes nos visites à pied. Chambre avec balcon, très charmante et romantique avec une superbe vue sur l’opéra. Très propre, personnel sympathique et accueillant. Seul bémol l’isolation phonique mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un très très bon séjour.

Worst experience ever

We have moved to another apartment even though I have booked the superior suit in advance. They said that they have upgraded us and they shifted us to a different location which was far from the hotel and it was located in a small alley way. Further we had to wait for nearly two hours to check in until they finish cleaning the apartment. That apartment seems like a closed for a long time as it was covered with dust even after their so called cleaning. Moreover there was no mini bar. No cups no water bottles nothing and also with old AC units which the display was not working proplery. I have contacted the Hotels.com customer service and they offered me only £45 voucher as a compensation after lengthy discussions which I’ve charged £35 from my telephone service provider because it was an overseas call. So overalll I was really disappointed with the experience

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is not that sound proof! Breakfast was good. Toilet water intake is noisy and lasted a long after it was flushed. Thermostat was hard to adjust. Instructions not clear. Bath tub is slippery and no bar to hold on. Fall risk!

Hotel Barulhento. Impossível dormir a noite.

O quarto é confortável e novo. Bom colchão e tem tudo de que o hóspede precisa. Todas as recepcionistas são nota 10, A localização é ótima. Antes de fazer a minha reserva li todos os comentários sobre este hotel no site da hoteis.com e no tripadvisor e as resenhas estavam ótimas. Hospedei-me por 9 dias, entretanto, um item que é essencial para mim é a possibilidade de dormir bem e, para isto é necessário um quarto silencioso. E é isto que falta a este hotel. Não há isolamento acústico entre os quartos e entre os andares. É possível ouvir todos os ruídos dos quartos ao lado (conversas, o banho do vizinho, a torneira aberta do quarto vizinho) e também o ruído proveniente do andar superior (onde funciona outro hotel). Nos 4 primeiros dias de minha hospedagem havia um grupo de adolescentes hospedados no andar superior e eles falavam alto, pulavam, corriam e arrastavam os móveis de um lado para o outro até as 2 horas da madrugada e reiniciavam a barulheira às 7 horas da manhã. Impossível dormir com o barulho. O meu quarto era o "Viminale", cuja janela se abria para a varanda do quarto do vizinho ("Quirinale"). Ou seja, não podíamos nem abrir a nossa janela, pois o vizinho olhava para dentro de meu quarto. Para trocar de roupa tínhamos que fechar a cortina. E também era perigoso, pois se o vizinho quisesse entrar em nosso quarto, ele tinha acesso (nunca havia me hospedado em hotel em que o vizinho de quarto tinha acesso ao nosso quarto pela janela).

Hôtel très bien placé

Hôtel dans le centre de Rome, on peut tout faire à pieds, l’emplacement est parfait ! Le personnel est très sympathique et la chambre propre, toujours bien nettoyée chaque jour. Pour les points plus négatifs, les chambres sont mal insonorisées on entend tout comme si c’était dans notre chambre.. pas de fenêtre dans la chambre donc on ne voit jamais la lumière du jour.. mais pour le prix cela est tout à fait correct !
