The location was optimal because it is centrally located in Rome. Unfortunately every morning starting at 7am there are loud noises from the street. This is a guest house so there is no staff or concierge to ask questions to. We were met briefly after we arrived and were given keys and told we had to pay an extra city tax

Property is centrally located to shops and nightlife. The location is clean and safe. Bathroom layout was not practical but manageable. I would recommend this location to stay at while visiting Rome.

The photos of the property haven’t been updated in many years online, we had an okay room but it was very small and the shower and bedroom were not very clean. There were hairs in the shower and bedding looked old and in need of a refresh and a pillow was stuck in the ceiling beam from a previous guest (?). For one or two nights it’s okay but after that the space would get very cramped and would likely cost a lot as you had to pay for extra towels etc if you wanted them refreshed daily. The location was amazing and central to everything we wanted to see but contacting the building manager was very difficult. We buzzed the door when we arrived with no answer, after buzzing several times we were lucky that another traveler from the same hotel happened to come by and inform us that when you buzz the manager is alerted and will arrive shortly. This was worrisome as were traveling in from Canada and would have had no other way to contact the building manager a simple “hello I’m on my way” on the other end of the buzz would have been very comforting in that moment. On top of this we had them doing construction on the units around us at 7 am which was alarming as we were not warned about this upon arrival, after arriving on a red eye flight the last thing we wanted was to be awoken by very loud drilling at 7 am. All things considered it was an okay stay for a short trip to Rome but wouldn’t be our top pick for our next trip.

This is a gem of a “hotel” or really a small apartment just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and smack in the middle of the high end shopping and restaurant district! It is on the 4th floor so noise was not an issue for us. Tastefully decorated with nice bathroom and shower. The elevator fit both of us and our small cases. The only problem was other guests not closing the doors as that made it not function till someone went up or down to locate the problem. There is a small shared lounge area outside the room. I would go back without any hesitation.

Great location for our stay in Italy. Once we arrived at the property we called them up and got a quick response with instructions on how to check in. Lovely room, the cleaning staff were very pleasant. In and around the building was quite noisy from early hours but this is not the accommodation’s fault. There was a chocolate bunny waiting in our room for us as we stayed during Easter, thank you! Location is perfect for getting around Rome with plenty nearby. Overall, a great stay!

This was our first tome visiting Europe. When we arrived. We weren’t quite sure if we are at the right place, as we are used to hotels with lobby. The door was open but didn’t know the floor. We walked up some flight of stairs and came down. Hubby finally called the place to let them know we arrived. Once settled we walked around block and everything was convenient. Minutes to Spanish Steps and dined below Negresco Bocca de Leone cafe. Had the pasta soo good, hifhly recommend the spaghetti bith pesto and regular and ravioli.
