Room was well maintained and secure. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was okay. The toilet paper dispenser was a pain and water temperature was moderate at best. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

It is on a quiet street with great security. We felt safe. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had an early morning excursion planned and Oriana had a tray made up for our breakfast. She also gave us a map and showed us where the Metro stops were with the different attractions. We highly recommend this property for your visit to Rome.

The staff were excellent, especially Oriana. Our room had fresh fruit, a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. We had an early morning day trip planned and she left a tray for us with our breakfast as we were leaving prior to 8 am. Very thoughtful. Within a short walk of a Metro station and in a very secure building with many restaurants close by. Definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful

The hotel was amazing close to the metro great breakfast. The room was clean and welcoming towels and linen were great. Oriana made us coffee cappuccino in the morning was very cheerful. Gave us great suggestions on restaurants order a taxi to go to the train station overall, a great day we were greeted by Oriana with wine, fruit, and fresh cold water loved our stay

A hidden gem. Highly recommend.

Domus Luliae was a gem of a find. It had only just opened when we visited and everything was spotless. Stephano and David went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possible need. The hotel is well situated in a quieter part of Rome, with a lovely walk through the park overlooking the Colosseum offering the perfect first glimpses. The two ladies serving breakfast were really friendly and chatty. The room had a welcome bottle of wine, fruit and water. For the price, you really can't get much better. I would highly recommend.

Es war alles gut zu erreichen und die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, aber im Bad war Schimmel, was wahrscheinlich überall in Rom der Fall ist. Das Frühstück war sehr mager. Kein Ei, Brötchen oder Frischkäse. Es gab nur Toast und Käse, Schinken, Salami sowie Nutella und Marmelade. Manchmal gab es Tomaten oder Erdbeeren. Etwas mehr aufgeschnittenes frisches Gemüse und Obst wäre toll gewesen, oder Naturjoghurt. Die Zimmer sind darüber hinaus extrem hellhörig. Wir wurden sofort wach, wenn jemand in der Küche war.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door het personeel. We beschikten over een mooie, propere kamer. Het spijtige was dat we ‘s ochtends vroeg wakker werden door werken in het gebouw waar het hotel zich bevond.

What I liked and prised about the facility is that it's very quiet during day and night, I slept well being a sensitive sleeper. I did not like a lot practically absence of internet, WiFi. It complicated a presence there. I needed to ask to change towels, unfortunately, the owner did not put in advance that their rull is to change them every other day even if towels are wet. Breakfast was poor with old bans and cakes.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and even provided us with a map and recommendations on what to see and how to get there. Rooms were clean, spacious and building even has a lift. A really nice touch was the bottled water daily in our room. It was very much appreciated! Hotel location is in a very safe area and we felt very safe walking back late at night. We walked with our luggage from the train station and it took us about 15 minutes. If you dont want to walk the whole way, you can also take the metro and it’s only a 3 minute walk. Since it is a guest house it does not have a reception area so key to an easy check in is letting them know what time you will be arriving. They messaged me a few days before asking what time we would be arriving. I let them know and someone was there to buzz us in and give us the walk through. We had absolutely no issues and had a great stay.

Très bon accueil, chambre très propre, climatisée. Très bonne literie que nous avons apprécié après de longues marches dans Rome. Mise à disposition d'un petit frigo dans la chambre : très pratique. Quartier sympa et sûr, bel immeuble proche du métro avec une ligne directe vers le Vatican. Quant au Colisée, il est à moins de 10' à pied.

Amazing time in Rome!

Just back from a great stay at this guest house... great location, staff very friendly, room cleaned daily, communal kitchen area and space to eat breakfast etc, tea/ coffee available to guests, fresh fruit and water in room daily, and a welcome bottle of wine... no bad points at all!!

Firstly my flight had delays and the property owners were very helpful, understanding and considerate. I arrived later than expected however, Davide was still there to greet me and give me a tour of my room and the facility. I was greet with a bottle of wine in my refrigerator along with fruits in my room. The property is as seen in photos, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, warm and helpful and they truly try their very best to make their guest comfortable. The location of the property is ideal. Close to shops, lots of restaurants and bars. Close walk to monuments, this place is the real deal. I will definitely stay here again.

Had a great experience good location and clean and staff was very nice. Had to pay the hotel tax in cash which I knew but wish they wouldn't have reminded or collected cash upon check in instead of at the end almost didn't have enough cash and running to the ATM might have made us late for our train.

Parfait.

Personnel très sympathique, chambre confortable avec la climatisation. Bouteilles d eau tous les jours. Bouteille de vin à l arrivée dans le frigo. Très calme au fond d'une cour mais en plein centre-ville !! À refaire avec plaisir.
