Marzia was a huge help and was very responsive with any questions I sent her way. The place is in a super location, next to restaurants and bars but I still got a good nights sleep as I wasn’t affected by any sounds at night. I would happily stay here again.

Lovely rooms but a bit more attention to detail in regards to cleanliness. Booked the room for 2 nights & was suppose to include daily room clean.we we out of our room at the 10am cutoff yet when we returned no clean towels of cleaning done. Had to go & purchase toilet paper as no one @ reception. Only saw one receptionist at check-in & nobody there @ check-out !

Very well located and confortable giant bed

This place was a wonderful surprise. The Staff was very attentive. We loved everything about it. The room was beautiful, quiet and very well located, great restaurants and bars around. It is just a few minutes walk to the tourist area like Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. My wife and I felt at home. We will definitely stay here again next time we go to Rome.

This place is the PERFECT STAY centered in the middle of everything, from this location you can walk to almost all important monuments and sights. Also, this place is super fresh, clean, modern without taking the charm of the history of the area. I recommend this place a 100%.

The room was very good but keep in mind that it is in a 4 floor and you have to take the bags 1/2 floor to take the elevator and another 1/2 floor to the rooms (in case you have heavy bags). The streets are quite noisy because there are a lot of resistant (I did not mind it)

Wifi connection in the room was unable. Room was very run down. Laundry and equipment left all over main area all day and evening. Light fixtures falling out, sink didn’t drain, tv remote didn’t work, baseboards falling off, etc. Room was damp, even with air conditioning unit.

Da Place, Navona, Rome

Our stay was for 3 nights. The access was very simple as we had a code and keys for the entry door and the room. The location was absolutely wonderful, close to sooo many restaurants, very practical for very cool breakfasts and great coffee. And the restaurant in front, 34, offered the world's best hot chocolate! The room was pleasant, good bed, and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Warmly recommended.

Highly recommended if you’re not a light sleeper.

Good clean accommodation in a very convenient location for sightseeing. Excellent communication and a helpful taxi service arranged from lot airport pickup. Only downside was out 3rd night (Thursday) a club was open close by playing loud music til the early hours. No soundproofing meant a poor sleep. Great otherwise.

This property is immaculately clean! Be aware that the convenience of being in the heart of the piazza, it is loud all night long, but if it’s not hot in your room (depending on the time of the year) the windows are virtually soundproof. Loved it!

We had a huge king size bed and the room was big enough for that along with ample closet space and a regular bathroom. Convenient area for food and exploring the city even if it was a bit busy. Inside the room though is quiet so no problems there

Great location! We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was lovely. Only thing I would suggest is getting the lights on the bathroom mirror to work and adding a few mirrors in the bedrooms or sitting room. No full length mirror at all. Makes it hard for multiple people to get ready when the bathroom has the only mirror. Neighbirhood is fabulous!

Our stay here was fantastic! From initial contact by both Hotels.com and the staff at La Mongolfiera everyone ensured that we were well cared for. The room was beautiful and cleaned daily and when assistance was needed after hours the the response was prompt and provided exactly what was needed. The location was ideal close to everything but just off the main streets so a little quieter when needed most. There was also a great café just outside that is a must visit as well. I would recommend to friends and strangers alike.

Location Location. Half a block from Piazza Navona, this peoperty sits in the middle of the action, surrounded by restaurants bars ice creal parlors ect. Room was comfortable and clean. We traveled in July and weather was extreme heat and humidity. AC did ok job in cooling room, but like in rest of Italy ACs are meant to cool off a bit, never to be super cool as we do in my state Florida. Recommend corner restaurant for homemade food Virginae.

Nice room, well situated but air conditioning doesn't work properly we had to go buy a fan and didn't have WIFI during my stay. Was clean for the rest was nice but during a heat wave and a air conditioning not working properly was a downer.

Not recommended

There is no reseption after 6pm so no one to let you in. We almost lost our room because our flight was late and we travel with kids. It is no air condition and not possible to sleep with windows open because of all the noise from the bars. Loud music until morning. The rooms were not cleaned daily and no breakfast. The location is great but thats it.
