Fantastic location and the hosts are very accommodating and contactable while staying. A lovely apartment that is clean and bright. Digital lock entry and clear instructions made it easy to enter the apartment when we arrived. Highly recommend this apartment.
The service was excellent . Apartment was clean and well maintained . Good location . They helped us with keeping our luggage at check in and check out . However their office is 20 mins away .
Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a spacious apartment in the centre of Rome. Walking distance to everything and fantastic restaurants in this area. It’s a buzzing area so quite loud at night so fun for young couples. This is not really a hotel though as there’s no concierge, it’s all self-check in via an app. You can message the owner however not very responsive.
No public transport from here but that seems to be the case across all of Rome.
The check in process was very difficult and not very easy to follow. The lock system did not work and we had to call multiple times and also find the code for each door in order to open our room.
The room itself is great and comfortable with great views, but the check in process is very difficult with various documents that is sent to you in order to check in.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a fantastic location, we walked to all the major places across Rome from the apartment. Very near restaurants and shops too.
I had read reviews about the check in process but chose to ignore as I thought “how difficult can it be”. The check in process took us 40 minutes to get into the apartment because the instructions were incorrect. You have to get a key from a little safe box after entering the first door. This was not on the instructions and nor was the code to get the key out. I rang the main reception and spoke to a lovely guy who was very helpful. We then followed his instructions instead of what was sent to us!
Aside from that, it’s a beautiful location and lovely apartment.
I have only marked down on the cleanliness because I walked around bare foot in the apartment on the first day and had black feet from the floor being dirty, so I recommend taking flip flops to walk around inside.
The location was convenient, close to many of the tourist sights. Building was pretty with cute courtyard. However, the delux condo was not up to par as descibed. The air conditioners were not working making it very uncomfortable to sleep or just come cool off from the sweltering Rome heat in August. As they did send someone to look at the situation, the problem was not resolved. They only supplied fans but it wasn't sufficient. It made the visit in Rome unenjoysble because we were so hot and very tired from sleeping so uncomfortably. Also the towels provided did not smell fresh and clean and they didnt supply enough towels. Being so humid and hot the towels did not dry properly after use, making them more smelly. Enough towels should be provided to alternate between use or better yet provide a washer and dryer to freshen them up. Lastly the floors were filthy. Don't dare to walk barefoot or in socks because they will turn black. Also, just to add, one of the beds collapsed in while my son was sleeping in the middle of the night. That was quite the scare. With all this being said, I truly hope the owners or Expedia will consider giving us at least a partial refund for all these inconveniences. If everything was in working and clean conditions I would no doubt have written a better review as the building and location were beautiful. As the saying goes though...dont judge a book by its cover.
The room was like on the pictures.
When we arrived after a fifteen hour trip, the shower wasn't working. We called right away and were told that it would be fixed in the morning which it was.
What was unfortunate is we didn't get any compensation or any accommodation or even a sorry for your troubles...
But we did pay for a room with a working shower that we didn't get...
Excellent accommodation, we had the full suite with 3 en-suite bedrooms & a kitchen/longe area. Location was perfect with plenty of places within a few yards to eat & drink. Water pressure was a little poor in 1 bedroom for shower

Difficult check in
Getting into my room was incredibly difficult. Three doors with different locks and instructions. I took 2 hours to get into my room the first day.

Pros: Amazing location for visiting Rome, very comfortable bed, nicely decorated rooms, beautiful building to stay in.
Cons: no water pressure in the shower so washing was near impossible, the kitchenette room with the sofa bed for the third guest did not have curtains over one of the top windows making it too light to sleep once the sun came up, very noisy bar at the base of the building on the road making it quite noisy until 11-12 at night, the third bed for our daughter was not made up when we arrived and no sheets were left for us to do it ourselves, no housekeeping service, no option of using a standard key to access the building or room once the self check in was done meaning you must always have a phone on you with internet and battery.

Getting in was a bit difficult. As others have mentioned the instructions were not clear on how to get the keys from the box. There were also many steps to go up and an elevator that did not go the whole way leaving some effort to get in and out. The air conditioning was not sufficient for the hot weather we experienced while visiting Rome making sleeping uncomfortable. In addition there was a lot of street noise at night with trucks going by at all hours. The apartment was beautiful and clean looking, but walking on the floor produced black socks and black feet and it smelled as if the previous occupants had smoked in it despite it being a non smoking apartment.

This property is super cool! It’s in a historic building so make sure to read up about that!
It’s super minimalist, there’s a Keurig, empty mini fridge, and a tv that you can connect your phone to wirelessly. Does the trick while keeping you very centred to everything. We walked to piazza navona, the pantheon, Trevi fountain, etc. it was really convenient.
Our safe was useless because someone locked it before us BUT the building, room hallway and room are all secured with these electronic lock things. Sometimes pretty annoying to open but I never doubted the security.
The bidet in our room was weird. It would kind of just spray across the bathroom and the water stream would wildly chance pressure and directions LOL we didn’t use it but that’s just for a heads up.
I really would have loved to have given this 5 stars due to the location and the view etc. However the whole check in process was an absolute farce.
I originally tried to write a detailed version of our check in experience unfortunately ran out of characters. Bottom line is they never contacted me after I had contacted them several times , as check in time arrived I was soaked and lucky to have a signal and battery charge after hours of chasing them up, the made it incredibly difficult. I had to stand outside the property taking pictures of passports in the rain ( this should have been done 24hrs or earlier) then had to wait on someone verifying it, then told it was a 4pm check in (after booking tours because they advertise 3pm in here and still do) I complained to whoever was in the WhatsApp chat, they everntually gave me access to the building but no further details of where the room was or how to gain access I went round in circles for 30mins just trying to find this info out , again soaked and annoyed . We got access to the wrong room then had to move. It was incredibly stressful (funny enough when I asked 24hrs prior to checkin they assured me I would have a “stress free” checkin even though I didn’t think we would have had issues at this point) the door entry was overly complicated and intermittent as I had a dropped signal (it’s a digital door opening system via your phone I’m pretty tech savvy too) also in here is advertised as a 11am check out your told be out by 10
Perfect location to visit all the sights including Vatican City, and Trastevere neighborhood. Room is quiet when you close the windows, clean, comfortable room with kitchenette. ACs worked great!
The shower looked promising with a rain shower head as well as a hand held sprayer. Unfortunately, there was NO water pressure in the shower - not even for the hand held sprayer! Also, it took forever to get hot water. A bit odd because the kitchen and bathroom sink faucets had great water pressure. Not sure what the issue was, but with only 1 night in Rome, I wasn't going to deal with it. Hopefully this is something the property can fix because if they do, I would definitely stay here again.
The location was perfect for us. We were easy walking distance from everything to the Coliseum to the Vatican. It's surrounded by an amazing local shopping district with affordable wonderful restaurants. The building is very private and very secure. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend to others.
Pros:
Management was very responsive and communicative and were helpful in arranging airport transportation
Super clean and new
Nice touches like snacks and tea/coffee in the room
Very private and secure, elevator in building
Location, location, location
Cons:
Didn't take Amex for payment, which is what I used to reserve it so was surprised by that. Good thing I had another card with me.
Listed as having a deep soaking tub and did not. Wouldn't matter to most folks but did to us due to an injury that responds well to soaking
The location is excellent, and the apartment very modern and clean. Only one remark, some information is missing on the Web-site. No reception in the evening so in case that you arrives after 21:00 you need to be in contact with the responsible.
Mycket fint rum och rymligt. Det var lätt och snabb kontakt med personal för incheckning. Läget är fantastiskt nära med gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Vi var här 4 nätter.
