I did not know it had a balcony!! Never opened the window! The room was nicely decorated but very small as well as the bathroom. It was smaller than my cabin in the cruise ship!! The breakfast was OK and the members of the staff were fine, not friendly but not rude either. I enjoyed the area very much.

The area was excellent. The lady that manages breakfast made the best cappuccino. The location is excellent we got a good room with a terrace. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable the bathroom not as clean as I like and the shower water pressure was terrible. For the price I paid I was a bit disappointed. They came in to clean our room but sis no cleaning took the towels and forgot to replace them. The breakfast is basic do don’t pay for it it that’s an option but on the flip side the cappuccino was really good

Checking was not good. They didn't have our room ready I thought we weren't going to get a room at one point because they didn't have our reservation number that Expedia is suppose to provide to the hotel. Not sure who's fault it really was waited over an hour and got the room. Staff was pleasant, rooms were tidy however I did find a hair on my bed sheet. The breakfast buffet is ok. We ended up eating elsewhere. It's in a high traffic tons of people day and night. If you like the hustle and bustle I recommend this hotel. I liked it however the cabs cannot get into where the hotel is as there is to many people. So you have to walk with your luggage to the hotel which can be a pain.
This is a popular cafe/ pastry shop outside the hotel. Everyday it is lined up.
They are on Instagram and have many followers.

Hotel offers a free breakfast and clean rooms in an old building right by the trevi fountain. It’s a beautiful location and the upkeep on the building is great for how old I assume it is based on fixtures etc I saw in the building. The staff was friendly and helpful to me when I had any questions. Not going to be some resort so if that’s what you’re looking for I suggest you look elsewhere :)

The location is great, close to almost everything. The room was small, but I knew that going in. The hotel was clean, staff was great, and I was close to everything. I have seen complaints about the air conditioning not working, all you need to do is ask the front desk, they can turn it on / off on a room by room basis.

Check in was easy, however in my room the sinks & fixtures were rusted/falling apart. I understand it’s Italy & bathrooms are not always modern but …the Tap for the bidet beside the toilet kept falling off, the sink when I pressed plug down to gather water ..then wouldn’t open again. Staff was ok, but was turned off after checking out when I told them “I put my gelato in the fridge freezer lastnight to save it. It melted everywhere. I was late checking out because I WAS CLEANING THAT UP for you”. The concierge was like “oh? So you left fridge dirty then. That is not a freezer it’s not meant to get very cold”……..So the fridge is not meant to be very cold or has a working freezer for customers who think they can put their goods in there to stay frozen??? Mabye say that somewhere. Don’t blaim them for something not staying cold lol I EVEN wiped it up for you, you’re welcome. Bathroom smelled moldy, & I’ve stayed in many old buildings! I also had a family emergency to go back to Canada. He was like “oh so you are checking out early?” In a snooty way.YES I AM. MY DAD HAD A HEART ISSUE ….making me seem like I’m not bougie enough to stay here lol overall the amount paid to stay here for the snooty attitude, broken/not up to date fixtures . Like at least if you’re gonna be snooty have working fixtures that don’t fall off when you turn them (bidet handle, toilet not flushing well).Mabye have an actual freezer instead of blaim the customer their stuff melted and made mess for you 😆

I didn’t know that it was on one of the busiest streets in Rome. When I arrived, I was unable to cancel the 3 additional days of my reservation. Workmen began noisy hammering across the hall on another room early in the morning. The air conditioning didn’t work; opening the window wasn’t an option because of the1000s of people coming and going to Trevi Fountain. The front desk said that they turned on the air conditioning (on day 3, after I attempted to get them to turn it on the days before to no avail) but it didn’t work even after that. I asked if my daughter and I could change to a larger room or to a room that wasn’t overlooking the main street and they told me that this was one of their larger rooms. I don’t believe that that was true, nor that any other room was available.
