We had a really good stay at the hotel. The staff on arrival were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and exactly as pictured, very nice bathroom. The location is great for getting to tourist attractions, no cars on the nearby roads meant it was always quiet. We would definitely stay here when we next come to Rome.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff—they were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Having an elevator was also a big plus, especially with luggage. That said, the room itself felt a bit outdated and could use some updates. The bed frame was worn, and the bathroom showed signs of age, including the shower curtain and some minor mold. The room tended to get warm, and while opening the window helped bring in fresh air, it could get quite noisy at night because of nearby shops and foot traffic. The room was very spacious so that definitely made up. Overall, we appreciated the hospitality, but we’d probably try a different place next time.

This hotel is in a great location to see all the sights and close to many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and adequate and breakfast delivered to your room every morning is a bonus. As with other reviews the staff are exceptional and go out of their way to help.
