This place was perfect - the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel was like a cocoon of comfort and warmth! The staff were so helpful and pleasant, recommended sites and restaurants, how to get there etc. Always offering to assist or help - truly an outstanding experience! The hotel is bright, well decorated and clean! Do not hesitate to book this place!

I had a very pleasant stay at BH Hotel Rome. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable, nicely furnished, and spotless, with good soundproofing that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions, transportation, and local recommendations, which made exploring Rome much easier. Special thanks to the receptionists, especially Bruno and his team, for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism throughout my stay. They truly made me feel welcome. Breakfast was fresh and varied, offering a good selection to start the day. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and major attractions, while still being in a quieter area away from the busiest tourist crowds. Overall, BH Hotel Rome offers excellent value for money and a comfortable base for visiting the city. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

We loved the room. It was clean. The only complaint I have is I ordered the Eternal Love Package which included an in-room breakfast and never received it. I was told because our room was not ready when we arrived, we could have breakfast for free the next morning and they still charged us for the in-room breakfast and the entire Eternal Love package.

Absolutely amazing staff with great service! Welcome drinks when we arrived, nice outdoor terrace for breakfast. Staff was very helpful with restaurant tips etc. Just around the corner from the hotel we found several great restaurants. The rooftop at the hotel was so beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. Happy hour every day with drinks. Good breakfast.

Great service

The staff were always as helpful as possible. Bruno gave us a great insight to the city when we arrived and they were always just a whatsapp away to help us. Room was on the smaller side but still worked perfectly and only about a 10 min walk to the trainstation and tube.

Fra det øyeblikket vi ankom BH Hotel Roma, ble vi møtt med smil og en velkomst som virkelig satte tonen for hele oppholdet. Seif i resepsjonen viste seg å være en sann perle. Han var ikke bare profesjonell, men genuint imøtekommende — han ønsket oss velkommen, tilbød velkomstdrinker og var alltid tilgjengelig for gode tips om Roma. Etter en lang dag med sightseeing var det ekstra hyggelig å returnere til hotellet. Seif sørget for at vi fikk kjølige Aperol Spritz eller en kald øl i hotellets “happy hour”, noe som gjorde kvelden selvfølgelig langt mer avslappende og hyggelig. Rommet vårt var moderne, plettfrie og utrolig komfortable — sengen var som en drøm å sovne i. Frokosten var variert, velsmakende og perfekt balansert mellom sunnhet og god smak. Kort sagt: Seif’s varme, oppmerksomhet og service gjorde oppholdet vårt uforglemmelig. Om du vurderer BH Hotel Roma — ikke nøl. Det er et sted hvor personalet faktisk får deg til å føle deg hjemme, og Seif er definitivt en grunn til at vi vil komme tilbake.
