Always stay here when in Rome. Easy 2 block walk from Termini Station. A bit pricey, but nice, quiet rooms, helpful staff, full service hotel. Only disappointing part is the breakfast buffet, which is the saddest we encountered in our 2.5 weeks in Italy. Fix that and it’s an easy 5 stars.

The breakfast did have plenty of variety , albeit not exceptionally high in quality but still plentiful to choose from . It may be a coincidence but the last two or three Italian hotels I have stayed at the service staff is too busy for momentary friendliness. I understand the work can be grueling . It may be a cultural norm but I do not recall this at a recent experience at a Scandinavian hotel ….this is not to say, however there weren’t staff members who greeted guests There were , but I believe this was a matter of the individual and not of hotel training . The hotel decors in lobby and breakfast room were absolutely stunning . I would go back for this alone .

Great property next to the train station. A little out of the way of everything but also nice that it’s not packed with people. With taxis around the city during our stay, it was nice to have a quiet area to come back to. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.

Room was modern, big and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Not much choice of hot food and if you go after 10.00, there is hardly anything left. They were not good at refilling. Location was great. Near the train station and Metro.

The hotel is very relaxing, comfortable bed, good shower, nice and clean. The view from our premium room was ok. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety for everyone. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our main issue was, on the Hotels.com website, it lists the hotel as having 24 hr airport shuttle, which is incorrect, they do not have a shuttle at all. Therefore, we had to pay £38 on arrival and £51 for our returns to and from the hotel. An expense we hadn’t figured into our trip. Also, making our arrival very stressful.

I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is old-world gracious and comfortable, with luxurious bath tiwels, a large and well-appointed bathroom, large and comfortable bed, and a lovely old drop-leaf desk. Good lighting, and very quiet. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of good food choices.

This has been my regular hotel in Rome for many years. Despite the presence of your groups sometimes, I always find it a pleasant and convenient place to stay. I also find the design of the interior quite interesting. In recent years it seems extensive renovations have been done to the guestrooms, which have added more comfort.

The location of this hotel was fantastic as it is very close to termini station. The staff are really amazing but the hotel is tired and the buffet breakfast was poor, particularly the hot food.
