Beautiful villa with private pool in Fiumicino (Rome 15 km). The villa is tastefully and elegantly furnished and extends over two floors. Outside the house, in addition to the pool, there is an underwater massage tub (open from 01.05 - 15.09), a well-kept garden, a large covered terrace to eat outside and a play area and a fitness area, at your disposal. After a day at the beach (within easy walking distance) you can relax by the pool or in the Jacuzzi tub, and then use the outdoor kitchen to prepare your delicious meals outside. The accommodation is ideal for families with children, who can play undisturbed in the fully fenced garden with playground. Your four-legged friends are also welcome here. The beaches of Fiumicino are very long and there are both bathing establishments and free free beaches. Here you can also practice water sports, rent boats and take advantage of the many gastronomic offers in the area. Being only 1 km from the beach, the villa is ideal for your relaxing seaside vacation, but also represents an excellent starting point to explore the wonderful attractions of the region: E.g. the eternal city of Rome, reachable by public transport, the beautiful nature reserve of the Litorale Romano, only 8 km away and managed by the WWF, the Bracciano Lake (50 km) or the impressive Ostia Antica, with its beautiful archaeological park in a green oasis and the famous city of Viterbo (90 km).
