Nice guesthouse with excellent host Good location

Host was extremely helpful - more like a questhouse than a hotel. Facilities were good ... location good near termini for transportation.. Excellent spot for a stay ..... would recomend highly

Our stay could not have been better. The room was clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The place is right across from Rome Termini station which was very convenient. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go to and we enjoyed some really good restaurants nearby. Breakfast each morning was delivered to our room and was delicious.

Great stay here. Séverine was very attentive and accommodating. Comfortable room, bed, and nice, continental breakfast delivered to our room. The room was quiet even though it was handy to the train station.

Location, Wonderful host, clean and spacious room

Severine was a wonderful host. I arrived later than scheduled but she has waited for me for proper check-in. Breakfast was nicely served with a plenty of food, and she left me extra food and drinks for my early departure. Hotel was very close from Termini station and there are plenty of restaurants close by. I will stay again if I come back to Rome.

A lovely place! The owner is a wonderful host. She provided a breakfast that had the very best of Rome—fresh bread, juices, fruit, and delicious cappuccinos! All served to your room on a cart. The personal touches are indeed appreciated.

We had the best experience staying here. The breakfast is full of options and very satisfying. The owner put a lot of care into making us feel comfortable and welcome. Everything is clean. The location is great, easy to go everywhere using public transportation. The room is very quiet even though it is located in the heart of Rome.

Severine the host is friendly, helpful and kind. She will bring breakfast to your room door in the morning which adds a nice personal touch. The room was clean and tidy. Location is great for being right next to the station.

This is the best place to stay if you are going to be 2 days in Rome , right next to the Termini Train Station. Severina is an excellent host , she will bring you a continental breakfast to you room every morning at the time of your choosing. Next to her place is a eating mall where you can find all the dining and drinking options , like a food market.

Severine was an excellent hostess. Breakfast was more than enough. Bathroom was well stocked. The whole room was very clean.Bed was comfy. Location was across the street from the train station.

We had a wonderful stay and Severine was a lovely host. The location is perfect just next to Roma Termini and at a walkable distance to most of the main sights. Our only complaint would be that the room doors don't block the noise coming from other guests in the corridor. Other than that we were really satisfied with our stay!

Loved the location and beautiful breakfast. The landlady was very attentive. Clean rooms comfortable beds right opposite Roma terminal. We had the twin room which has its bathroom out of the room in the hallway, being elderly this was a problem for me as you go out into a dark hallway until the light comes on then one step into the bathroom, then you key the door shut and it must disturb the other guests as the fan is noisey it is the only fault with this property.

Our on-site hostess was very gracious and accommodating. Bedroom was simple, comfortable and neat The location proved to be exceedingly convenient to Rome’s Central train station, tour buses and taxis. Best transportation bet to & from airport is the Leonardo Express, much quicker and cheaper than taxis. We also used train transportation to reach Rome from a cruise port 42 km away.

Lovely and Convenient little Guest House

This is a lovely place to stay when in Rome, literally over the road from the Termini station and metro. The host, Severine, could not be more welcoming. It's a guest house in an apartment block - Don't look for a hotel sign, just a name on a plate of doorbells. But don't let that put you off - It's perfectly safe and secure, there's a code on the outer door, a locked gate inside, and another code geared to you for the guest house. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom is large and the shower was excellent. Breakfast is continental, Severine wheeled it in on a trolley at the exact time we asked, and she had asked us the night before about our likes and dislikes All in all, a lovely stay

Don't look for a lobby to get in. This is an apartment building with the Beatus Viator's rooms on second floor. Very convenient,safe ( need a code to get in the building and another one to get on your floor and you get a key to your room) and quiet. Severine, our host, was fantastic. Provided us with personalized advice for touring Rome, served us an excellent breakfast every morning, cleaned the room on daily basis and speaks French!! It's located right in front of the train terminal and metro station so for someone like us that needed a ride to/from airport and/or cruise ship terminal, it's very convenient. We would return for sure. Merci Severine!

The room was very nice and very clean, we liked the breakfast, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Perfect location if you want to do sightseeing and travel by train (it's right next to the train station). It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the Colosseum, and the bust stop of the sightseeing buses is right next to the train station.
