HORRIBLE STAFF, ORGANISATION, AND STAY. NEVER BOOK

Worst experience of my life. They never sent me the check in form, I arrived at around 9PM and found out that they booked my room for 2 nights and that the hotel is fully booked, so they lied to me telling me there is an electricity issue in the facility and moved me to a very dirty and old room in a building a few blocks away. Two days later when they wanted to move me to the room (expensive one) I ORIGINALLY BOOKED, this is when I discivered that they double booked. When I asked for a refund, the receprtionist started yelling and discrespected me so much and didn't get any refund. Now I ASK FOR A FULL REFUND OR I WILL SUE THIS FACILITY THIS WEEK

La chambre est grande et claire. L'établissement est bien placé. Mais par contre, aucun produit n'est frais au petit-déjeuner, il n' y a pas de thé ni de jus de fruits et on mange dans sa chambre. Si des personnes arrivent tard, l'accueil reste bruyant, tant pis pour ceux qui dormaient Douche écossaise, bouchée par le calcaire, quelques taches de moisissure dans les salles de bains.

The room was tidy and clean , the mattress and pillows was very comfortable. Ruben staff was very friendly and kindly. Was very helpful. I really recommend that .

ホテルでなくB＆B　建物の中の1フロア。　アルバイトらしき男性が　簡単な朝食の用意に8時半頃来て　10分位でいなくなり　10時ごろ来て　掃除をするらしい。　鍵は　建物用、アパート用、部屋用の3つを受け取る。その時に　開け方を教わること。　簡単なのにグルグル回して時間が掛かった ホテルを出る日は夜の飛行機のため　午前に部屋を空け　荷物を頼み外出。　「5時に戻る」と伝えて　その時刻に居てもらい　戻って荷物を受け取る　5泊　部屋の掃除ベッドメイクは断って過ごした（1日だけ床掃除を頼んだ） 冷蔵庫は玄関のホール、エスプレッソマシンは24時間自由　建物は古いが　デオクレアヌス浴場の横で　テルミニ駅に近く便利。　オペラ座の帰り11時、一人でも怖くない。値段も手ごろ　　　シャワー共同の部屋もあるので　申し込むときに注意

Un Beb di piccole domensioni. Camere strette. Si respira un aria particolare. La colazione è imbustata che non è scaduto il latte apero e a volte si perde. Il bagno è in comune e bisogna attendere se affollato.

Nos recibieron y el recepcionista se fue, eso sí nos dejó su número de teléfono por cualquier inconveniente, atento y predispuesto. Reservamos la habitación con baño privado, no le funcionó el agua caliente a la ducha pero era tarde y no tenía quien lo resuelva, tampoco funcionó la heladera lo cual avisamos ni bien llegams. La cama cómoda, desayuno básico pero por la relación precio-calidad estuvo bien.
