Good room size for three people, and was in a good location with good transport links. Staff was very friendly and accommodating & kept the room clean during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks so much!

A lil bit of style over substance

Location & aesthetic are great. Novel as it is 6 apartments that are a hotel; located in a block of residential flats. It was easy to check in & the instructions were clear. Finer details & customer experience leave alot to be desired. Firstly on checking in, you are advised that keys are on the desk & told "one is for hotel, one for room & one for main door" - that is pretty obvious however you need to figure out which key is for what. There are 2 similar square keys (& a circular key) - a colour code or even poster advising what key is for which door would be useful. The second issue was that my room fridge didnt work. Rome was 37 degrees. I informed the person via text in the morning & was advised they'd look into it. On returning (6pm) I had to reach out again to get an update as no one had followed up - Fridge was broken. I could really only buy water so nothing that needed to be kept in the fridge. It was so warm that I spent money buying bags of ice to keep juice that I wanted cold. I was actually v. disappointed in the poor communication, the fact that the fridge wasnt tested before & that there was no offer to compensate me for the ice (& thrown out hummus) purchased. On my last day by luck I saw a diff supervisor who was quite shocked & immediately went into the other flat & changed fridges & tested it. I don't know why this wasn't done the day I raised it. It seemed a little unprofessional esp given that you're eagerly reminded to leave the city tax in the room

This hotel was great for our needs, in a quiet area and close to bus stops and metro. The room was comfortable for us as well. This is a great choice to stay but be advised about additional tax after your stay. We were not informed of the additional expense until after we checked in.

Definitivamente no es lo que esperaba, me decepcionó un poco. Las instalaciones no son las más bonitas y el baño luce viejo y descuidado. Es un cuarto pequeño y el que me tocó tenia sólo una ventana y resultaba muy oscuro. Las camas y almohadas son muy incómodas. Por otro lado, la atención y comunicación son muy buenas. La ubicación buena Hay tiendas, restaurantes y parada de autobuses y metro muy cerca. Llegábamos al hotel alrededor de las 10 de la noche y aunque las calles no eran muy concurridas parecía un lugar seguro. No regresaria

Convenient and great staff. The property had many maintenance issues (flooding, dirty shower, non working safe, poor tv, non working refrigerator)and the shower was very moldy. The furniture was old and was not very sturdy. The two additional beds had dirty mattresses and were very thin.

Está muy bien para un fin de semana, aunque sí deja mucho que desear el que digan que incluye desayuno, cuando esté es solamente unos panes dulces, un jugo en cajita y Nescafe, y algunos días ni esto lo reponían. Y el otro punto malo es que no hay personal en el establecimiento si se te llega a ofrecer algo

Receptionist was very helpful. Small rooms, rubbish breakfast..tea, basic orange juice and 1 croissant that's it. Breakfast was late everyday by 20 to 25 mins. Location is good close to metro station.

地下鉄も近く、とても便利なロケーションでした。 ナディアはとても親切だったし、部屋も採血で、雰囲気のある宿泊施設でした。 鍵を何個か渡されるのですが、ヨーロッパの施錠は日本人には馴染みのない方法なので、使い方が難しく、開けるのに少し苦労しました。 ただ、これも旅行の醍醐味と思えば楽しく、開けれずに苦労したことも良い思い出です。

Hurtig check-in, da det forgik online. Morgenmad blev leveret på værelset, dog med nogle misforståelser for hvad og hvornår det blev leveret. Lidt langt væk fra turist attraktioner, dog med mange muligheder for transport. Sengen var rimelig hård at sove på og vandet i badeværelset skiftede meget fra varmt til koldt.

Good value

It was a good value for what you are paying for! It is a five minute walk to the train station to get to all of Rome’s sights. It is a bit on the smaller side but it is clean and has great air conditioning. Perfect for exploring Rome!

Couples break to Rome

Lovely independent place, close enough to get around to see all the sites. Small but very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. We would have liked the tea/coffee and mugs to be replaced. After we used them on day one we didn't have anymore for the other days. There was so much noise outside with construction that it was loud but you can't blame the accommodation for that. The hosts were nice and friendly.
