Enkelt och rent rum.

Något lyhört enkelt och rent rum i lägenhetsliknande våning. Egen toalett. Daglig städning. Finns knappast billigare boende innanför tullarna i Rom. Ganska långt att gå till t-bana och attraktioner men alla bekvämligheter som butiker och restauranger finns i kvarteret. Som är trevligt och absolut inte har den känsla av social degradering som omger andra kvarter som ligger närmare Termini.

コンセントがやや少なかったぐらいで、テルミニから15分ぐらいで行けて、静かな場所で、ベッドも大きく、ミニ冷蔵庫もあってよかった。 シャワーが少し狭い。

Punto strategico

Hotel a 5 min dalla stazione Termini, a 2 passi dalla fermata dei bus coi quali è possibile raggiungere il centro storico di Roma. Camera molto spartana, la pecca era il riscaldamento che non scaldava molto e il bagno appunto privo di calorifero (faceva freddo in camera e molto freddo in bagno). Suggerisco comunque l'hotel perché, come si comprende dal titolo, è in un'ottima posizione, è anche economico e per chi non ha grandi pretese (a me basta che ci sia un posto dove lavarsi e dormire) è buono. Ci tornerei, ma forse con temperature più piacevoli.

L'affittacamere si trova in una zona tranquilla, centrale, vicino alla stazione Termini e vicino ai luoghi di interesse (villa borghese, altare della patria, Colosseo, ecc.), la stanza era arredata in modo semplice, ma carina e accogliente, tuttavia la pulizia avrebbe dovuto essere più accurata. Il personale é stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

Nice owners but not recommended.

The 2 rooms i was shown both smelled of cigarette smoke. The daughter of the owner smokes. The curtains were very dusty and also smelled of cigarettes. The room was very cold. The owner put on the heating when i arrived and the room was always uncomfortably cold. The walls separating the rooms are very thin so you can hear a conversation taking place in the next room. Street level noise however was nill. The owners who live on the premises were very nice Staying here felt like a guest house. No keys were given to me to open the building door and the apartment door so i felt very limited in going out after 10 pm when the owner said she goes to bed. I had to ring for her to let me in the apartment. The only key i had wad to my room. Also no breakfast choice provided You can do better staying at other hotels nearby for similar cost.

As expected in this price range.

It was simple and basic but for the price I paid, I wasn't expecting anything more. Not a million miles away from the main historic centre but still a reasonable walk. That said, the neighbourhood was quiet and clean, the hotel was also quiet and clean. Dated, could do with a lick of paint, especially in the bathroom but as I said, it was a good price for an air conditioned en suite room in an expensive city, I'd use it again.

The room was clean and air-conditioned and had hot water; the window opened onto a quiet courtyard. The internet wasn't great - and sometimes went completely - but I needed it more than most would. If you're just checking e-mails and directions, it'd be more than enough. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

No es un hotel normal, es como una departamento echo hotel es de una familia muy cordial. Los positivo: La atencion es muy buena, la ubicacion excelente! Teniamos reservada una habitacion con baño campartido, al llegar nuestra habitacion estaba ocupada y nos pasaron a una con baño privado al mismo precio. Lo negativo: nos cobraron un impuesto de 12 euros al llegar cuando no estaba especificado en la descripcion. Indica atencion multilingue y no hablaban español.

Ho prenotato una stanza con solo pochi giorni d'anticipo attraverso expedia, purtroppo in un we molto affollato per Roma. La prenotazione prevedeva un servizio di bed&breakfast per 84€. Un laconico cartello avvisa che per non ben precisati motivi tecnici la colazione non è disponibile (in realtà la nostra impressione è che non sia mai disponibile, visto che non c'è neppure un locale idoneo). La camera era grande, triste e poco accogliente. La mattina ho dovuto insistere parecchio per ottenere una ricevuta.

En besvikelse

Kan varit vår sämsta hotellvistelse. Hotellet var till en början extremt svårt att hitta då den låg på en innergård med enbart en liten skylt som vägvisare. Stod att personalen var flerspråkig men engelska kunde de inte. Hade inte något badrum på rummet utan enbart handfat. Trots detta så kändes det som att sova i ett badrum då tapeterna var av samma typ som används i badrum. Det var myror i duschen som man fick spola bort innan man skulle duscha själv. Toaletten hade ingen ac plus att varmvattenberedaren var i rummet vilket medförde att det var extremt varmt därinne. Vi fick ingen frukost fast det var utlovat. De bra sakerna med hotellet var att det låg på ett väldigt rimligt avstånd från termini och även stadskärnan i övrigt.

Hotel aries à Rome proche de la gare

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hotel du 26/02/2012 au 2/03/2012. Trés bon accueil, c'est une famille qui tient l'hotel, ambiance type chambre d'hôte. Grande chambre,et sdb, trés propre (ménage et changement des serviettes tous les jours). Télévision et frigo. Trés bien situé (à peine 10min à pied de la gare), proche des bus,station de métro, et même à pied tout est faisable. Légérement bruyant malgré le double vitrage, et si vous avez des voisins de chambre qui parlent fort. Petit déj simple(boissons et deux viennoiseries par personne) mais suffisant , servi dans une trés jolie salle. La famille parle un anglais suffisant pour se comprendre. Attention cependant l'hotel est difficile à trouver au 1er abord, vérifier votre itinéraire avant de partir (petite pancarte discrète sur une porte d'immeuble) mais cela vaut le coup d'oeil l'immeuble posséde une cour intérieure charmante. Seuls inconvénients à noter pour notre séjour, légère fuite d'eau dans la sdb, et nous avons eu froid jusqu'à ce que l'on comprenne que la clim faisait aussi office de chauffage.. En bref, hôtel simple mais agréable.
