This a really nice place to stay but while I was there the air conditioner struggled to to keep the room at a sleepable temperature. We had two issues. Our last night the power went out in our room only and it got very uncomfortable. The second was part of the roof fell onto the sidewalk just in front of the door and there was only one entrance/exit. This may not be the perfect place for July or August due to the A/C issues but still a wonderful location and the rooms are very clean and tidy.

Ubicación perfecta, céntrico, al lado del Coliseo y el Foro, y a corta distancia a pie del resto de puntos de interés. Al tener pocas habitaciones, es un sitio tranquilo. El propietario muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Quizás sería interesante que hubiera un microondas en la sala de desayunos y mejorar la calidad de la cama supletoria de la habitación. Nuestra experiencia ha sido excelente y lo aconsejamos sin ninguna duda

The property location is excellent! A mere 5 minute walk to the Forum and Colosseum. Great restaurants and very cool bars in the area. Guest house manager Alessandro made check-in so easy and was extremely flexible with our arrival time that took longer than expected. He even gave us recommendations for a restaurant to make our anniversary special. Beautiful building, great housekeeping, and fantastic customer service. Everything you need for a wonderful stay in the Eternal City.

This was an excellent choice for my wife and I. We stayed here 3 days and it was great. Apartment had a balcony, updated room, with a great bathroom w/ high pressure shower. Very close to the Colosseum and at least 5 great restaurants with-in 3 minute walk. The Delizie & Sapori Pizzeria (red carpet outside) was the best lasagna we have ever had and the service, English speaking was amazing.

Allesandro and Eduardo were easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. The room was sparkling clean. The air conditioning was very good. I highly recommend the blue room if available, the balcony view is worth it! If you're worried about staying in a guest house instead of a hotel, this is a good place to change that feeling. The Coliseum, all of the forums, Trajan's market, Trajan's column, Vittoriano, the Capitoline museum, and others are all a walkable distance even for a couple of overweight Americans (like us). There's also food of moderate to WOW quality, a convenience store, and souvenir shops steps from the front doors. The only negative was that the wifi was a bit slow. Since I wasn't there to work or play online games from tthe eternal city, it wasn't an issue for me. Great valuefor the money!!!!!

Hidden old world gem.

If you want new and glitzy this is not for you. If you like old world charm ‘‘tis is for you. An old world guesthouse. 15 ft ceilings, new bathroom and a 2 suitcase one person elevator. Call 72 hours ahead to be met for check in. Buzz at big wood doors, go up to second floor for greeting. Get 4 sets of keys to get in. Fantastic location. Will stay again. Common room with coffee and kitchen. Great internet.

It isn’t a hotel, it is much like a B&B without the breakfast. It is a wonderfully ‘immersive’ experience in that it’s more like staying in an apartment. Location was a 7 minute walk from the Coliseum. Plenty of wonderful restaurants in the area. Overall, a great choice for us!

Clean and comfortable.

Even though we arrived earlier than expected, Alessandro was already there waiting to greet us. The room was exactly as it appeared in the photos and was very clean. The bed, shower, aircon and mini fridge were great. We really were just steps from the Roman Forum...which meant that the restaurants in the immediate vicinity were a bit pricey, but just walk a street or two back and they are far more reasonable. We found it easy to walk into Centro Storico and would recommend going after dark to see the buildings and piazzas lit up. The journey from the airport was simple. We bought FR1 tickets (with the help of friendly officials), travelled to Roma Ostiense station and transferred to the metro. The accommodation is just a minute's walk from Cavour metro station. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rome and would recommend Al 325 Rooms ai Fori to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable base from which to explore.

Geschmackvolles kleines Hotel am Forum Romanum

Wir haben nun zum zweiten Mal gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wunderbares Zimmer mit Balkon und Aussicht auf das Forum Romanum. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Der Eingangsbereich und der antike Gitteraufzug sind wunderschön.

Consigliatissimo per soggiorni a Roma centro!

Nel complesso una vacanza da ricordare anche grazie al soggiorno in questa struttura. Ci accoglie Francesco, davvero molto serio e cordiale, ci spiega tutto nel dettaglio e ci aiuta ad orientarci a Roma. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa e confortevole, posizionata a 100 metri circa dal Colosseo, quindi rapporto posizione/prezzo imbattibile. Ogni mattina biancheria pulita e servizio ottimo. Se vogliamo trovare le note negative, piccole cose a dir la verità, il materasso non troppo comodo (visti i miei problemi di schiena) e la connessione wi-fi un po' lenta e con segnale scarso (si può risolvere con delle antenne aggiuntive nelle stanze). A parte quello, davvero da consigliare se volete soggiornare a Roma senza dovervi muovere con i mezzi. Praticamente si raggiunge tutto quello che si vuole a piedi! Grazie mille!!
